“Right on the sea front” A very nice property ideally located on the sea front, the garden gate literally leads out to the sea front. Plenty of warm water for showers and all of the amenities you would require. Parque Santiago 3 probably has the largest pool ideal for families with children. Restaurants and Supermarkets all close by. Absolutely no noise at all from clubs or bars as they are all far away from this property. The only noise you will hear is the sea!

“Fantastic apartment with great garden with sun all day and within 5 mins walk to Resturants , Shops etc” Great Apartment really Clean and tidy had a welcome pack left with water milk etc to start us off great out side area with its own garden with sun beds and deck chairs etc best thing was it had sun all day from morning to night and only a 5 min walk to great Restaurants , shops and a similar time to walk to harbour/beach a very enjoyable and relaxing break and will definitely return to this apartment again

“Friends & Family holiday” Had such a lovely time here in tenerife.The apartment had everything we needed.Great balcony overlooking the main road of shops & bars.Lovely and clean and very spacious.Plenty of storage.Washing machine was handy.Pool was lovely plenty of room.Sunbeds were payable but not a problem just thort a bit of music wouldnt go a miss Bit quiet around that area but staff at the pool bar couldnt do enough to help.Lovely,Friendly and polite and served great breakfast and snacks.We would definately return and hope to soon.Had a really lovely holiday.Cant wait to come back. “Great Apartment” We have stayed in Parque Santiago 2 several times before but this apartment/duplex is great and we can thoroughly recommend it. The only suggestion we would make is that a mop and bucket would perhaps be handy. On arrival, the whole apartment was absolutely spotless. It was well-equipped and very comfortable. Outside the living room is a spacious patio with a lovely view of the pool. The pool is lovely and we were already aware that poolside sun beds and parasols are charged daily and this can work out expensive over a few days. The surrounding area is outstanding and, on the whole, quite level which makes it suitable for those who aren’t as mobile as they would like. There are lots of good eating places in the vicinity with a choice of supermarkets.

“Lovely accommodation” Just returned from one of our many trips to Castle Harbour . Another great holiday . From the initial booking of the accommodation until arrival the whole process was very professional yet extremely welcoming . The accommodation couldn’t have been better! “Great place to stay.” This apartment is in a great location in a popular complex. We required accommodation which was accessible for someone with disability and we were delighted with the facilities available. A walk in shower is a must for us when choosing where we are going to stay and we were pleased with what was on offer. The apartment is close to the pool and the promenade is accessible by a ramp beside the apartment and by a gate at the end of the pool area. The kitchen has everything you might need and the fact that a washing machine is available is great when staying for a couple of weeks. The sitting area is comfortable and the television offered us enough channels that we were able to relax and watch familiar programmes at the end of the day. We had booked this apartment pre-covid and had to postpone our holiday twice before we finally were able to visit Playa de Las Americas. The owner was very considerate during this time and we grateful for all the understanding shown to us. The best endorsement I can give this apartment is that we have already booked for later in 2022.

“FAB HOLIDAY” Stayed in this apartment Sept 2019 brilliant apartment very clean and fresh and spacious kitchen well equipped fridge freezer washing machine microwave everything you need. The apartment was situated in a great location not to quiet but not to noisy either plenty of places to eat and drink the whole area of Santiago 1 is very well maintained and suitable for families or couples. We go every year to Tenerife and always stay in one of the Santiago apartments i would recommend Santiago 1 to anyone. I booked my holiday through Karen Durant and have done in the past she takes care of everything thank you Karen.
