This villa was built on top the the highest mountain in Ao Nang, allowing for amazing panoramic views of the entire bay below. The large outdoor 30 Sq. meter terrace is covered so you can enjoy a calm breeze while enjoying the great view while staying out of the direct sun.

the living room is situated to take in the breathtaking views while relaxing on the colorful couches inside, and the walls separating the terrace and the living room are foldable giving the option for closing the room and spending time in the air conditioning or opening them and letting the col breezes wash throughout the room.

The master bedroom enjoys it's private terrace area with massive palm leaves hanging just stop the railings giving you the intimate feeling of the jungle coming inside.

My villa manager Swen will meet you at check in and give you all the information you need when enter the property, he can also help arrange a number of excursions in the area, a guest favourite is the private longtail boat trip to Koh Hong, but there are many other excursions Swen can arrange for you such as a private jungle tour to the emerald pool and hot springs. After initial check in you will be left with a phone and local SIM card so getting in touch with either myself or Swen is as easy as picking up the phone.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Joe (the owner) a message.

If Joe (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
