Situado en la Av. Carles Buigas esquina calle Bilbao (peatonal) de Salou, a 70 metros aproximados de la playa de Llevant y la Fuente Luminosa.

4º piso esquinero con acceso para minusválidos, fantásticas vistas al Parque Municipal de Salou, piscina y 2 ascensores. El apartamento consta de parking privado (opción no incluida en el precio), puerta blindada, recibidor, cocina independiente equipada con nevera combi, vitrocerámica, lavadora, microondas, cafetera, tostadora, hervidor de agua, batidora, plancha de ropa.

Salón comedor con TV 32", DVD, sofá cama, mesa para seis personas, aire acondicionado y ventilador de techo. Habitación de matrimonio con armario empotrado y ventilador de techo. Habitación doble, con dos camas, también posibilidad de cuna de bebe, armario y ventilador de techo. Cuarto de baño y terraza de 28 m2 con vistas al parque, con mesa, 6 sillas y dos hamacas.

Se ofrece exclusivamente a familias y parejas que quieran disfrutar de la playa, la gastronomía local, compras en las principales tiendas y pasear por el paseo Jaime I de Salou o el recién inaugurado Camino de Ronda donde disfrutarán de increíbles vistas de la costa mediterránea paseando sin necesidad de coger su vehículo. El Parque Municipal de Salou cuenta con área infantil de juegos y gimnasio al aire libre. Además podrá disfrutar de Port Aventura Ferrari Land y del Campo de Golf situados cerca del apartamento.

En el supuesto de grupo de jóvenes se estudiará la posibilidad y se doblará la cantidad del depósito por daños, que se les devolverá mediante transferencia bancaria.

How do damage deposits work?

If Ana (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
