Experience having a luxurious modern vacation home get-away with your friends and family in the beach town of Crystal Beach. The cottage is surrounded front and back by mature Maple and Linden trees. A short walk from the beach, outdoor activities and local eateries.

Your first impression of the cottage is that it's extremely bright and airy even on cloudy days.

The home has a neat feature, a "dorm" room with two sets of built-in bunk beds, two niches for additional kids in sleeping bags and a built-in dresser window seat. The guest bedroom has a double and a twin bed and a built-in desk for those who need to stay in touch with work and/or a quiet spot to write. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed with a large oversized 8ft wide window overlooking the tree canopy. You feel like you're sleeping in a tree house. The cottage sleeps 9 comfortably but can accommodate two more people on the sectional in the living room.

The heart of the cottage is an oversized white kitchen with a large island with a quartz countertop. Buy your local produce at the farmer's market and cook your meals on the slide-in gas range or cook outdoors with the natural gas bbq. No need for a propane tank.
After a long day at the beach or whatever activity that has kept you busy – clean up in the outdoor shower and unwind in the hot tub that is right off the back entrance and underneath the tree canopy.

There much to do in Crystal beach but if the weather might not be ideal to be outside, we have two flat screens connected to our HDTV antenna and are Wi-Fi enabled for Netflix. Lounge on the large sectional in front of the fireplace or cuddle up in bed watching a movie.


Guest Access

Guest will be given an custom access code to the cottage that will expire at the end of their stay. You will be given a key as a back-up.

Getting around

Three vehicles can be parked on-site. There are lots of restaurants and a Tim's within a few minutes walking distance. Joe's Valu-mart grocery store is a five minutes drive away. There's even a park with a brand new play structure a minutes walk away for the young kids.


Other Things to Note

As we have neighbours who are full time residence, we ask that our guest respect that noise should be kept to a minimum in the evening.
Guest must be 25 years of age to rent.
Safety deposit is returned upon successfully completing the check-out walk thru process.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Vu (the owner) a message.

If Vu (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
