Welcome to "Just Beachy". Just Beachy is a Beachfront home on the Gulf of Mexico in Sea Isle neighborhood in Galveston, Texas. This home is located on the west end of the island in a quiet area of the beach remote from public access. View from the deck is a breathtaking 180 degree view directly onto the beach. The beach is out your back door. Enjoy beautiful sunrises while drinking your coffee on the deck from the bar height table and chairs that see over the deck railing. Deck has a latching gate for child safety.

This cute and cozy home makes the most of it's 1152 sq ft with an open plan and unique bathroom arrangement. Master Bath has sink open to bedroom with separate toilet and shower. Main Bath has two sinks open to hallway with separate toilet and shower. Master Bedroom has a King Bed. One of the bedrooms has a queen and a twin bed. The other bedroom has a twin bunks and twin bed for a total of 3. Kitchen is well equipped and there is a laundry closet with upright washer and dryer.

Underneath the House: There is an outdoor shower that is great. Pavers are located under the house to be soft on your feet. A picnic table is provided along with an array of beach toys located in the toy bin. Sea Isle has a public pool and boat access to the bay. The Community pool is open from May 22nd through September 7th and the fee is $50 paid directly to the Sea Isle Property Owners Association during the time of your stay if a pool pass is desired.

Glad you enjoyed your stay! We are planning to get WiFi in October. Verizon works well with our smart phones. Other cell services are not as good of a signal so we want to accommodate people with other services. We haven't noticed any issues with uneven temperatures except when there is direct sun into the beach side of the house in the Family and Dining area. We will check on this. There is also a potential that the bedrooms are getting too much airflow and need to be regulated with the dampers at the ceiling grilles. Thank you, Scott

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Scott (the owner) a message.

If Scott (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
