Our oceanfront Perth holiday Villa is located on the beautiful Sunset Coast of Perth, Western Australia, and offers luxury holiday and longer-term accommodation. Comfortably furnished and renovated in 2023, the villa is

ideally priced for long-term stay, especially for families migrating to Perth.

Our Perth holiday Villa offers luxury holiday accommodation with breathtaking ocean views from your rooms and balcony over the Indian Ocean in Ocean Reef, WA, with the Ocean Reef marina only across the road from your villa. The villa has 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms, games such as air hockey, snooker/billiard table and soccer/foosball table, and board games, a fully equipped kitchen and laundry, a/c and gas heating, and a double garage. Linen and towels are provided.

Perth holiday villa is equipped with 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom and two other bedrooms are fitted with queen-size beds. The fourth bedroom has two single beds for children. All bedrooms are equipped with side tables, reading lamps, linen, pillows etc. The upstairs master bedroom has an en-suite and walk-in wardrobe, a balcony with panoramic ocean views, and a large lounge/sitting area with a television. Downstairs there are three bedrooms, a bathroom, three games rooms with air hockey, soccer/foosball and snooker/billiard tables, and other board games, a modern lounge with a large television, and a large dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking facilities, a dishwasher, basic cutlery, crockery, a refrigerator, a microwave oven, and other electrical appliances. It has large gardens at the front and back, and an outdoor setting for 8 people. The villa has a laundry with a washing machine, a clothesline, and an ironing board.

You will have access to the full villa with a maximum number of 6 guests for the basic quoted price. The guests should be part of one family or extended family, as multiple bookings are not permitted.

Once the villa booking is confirmed through Airbnb, the villa manager will contact the guests to determine the guest's requirements and organise the check-in time. Normally on arrival at the villa, the villa managers will check in the guest and ask the guest to sign the normal villa contract, which requires the guest to quote their credit card as security. The guests then have uninterrupted use of the villa. However, the guests can contact the manager during their stay if they need to do so.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Prafula (the owner) a message.

If Prafula (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
