A pretty, modern 3 bedroom apartment in Choiseul, 2 Double (one en suite), 1 twin, 1 other bathroom..

The two double bedrooms have a doors leading straight on to the deck (12 x 7 metres.). There is a Large open plan living, dining and kitchen area. All mods cons. French doors lead off to the large deck offering a 6 place outdoor dining suite. The deck is enclosed by a lush tropical garden with many trees, mango, banana, lime, cashew nut, grapefruit, papaya and cherry. From the deck six short steps take you to a private swimming pool, surrounded by the lush garden vegetation. There and ample sun loungers around the pool. The Pool measures 3 x 5 metres. The villa is Situated in a beautiful quiet area with easy access to the road. The house is fully fenced off and has parking space for 2 vehicles. We are ideally situated for touring the Island, being 20 minutes from the Airport at Vieux Fort and travelling the other way, 20 minutes from the majestic Pitons in Soufriere. We have Wifi and flat screen TV. We can book day trips for our guests on a catamaran cruise or we can arrange hikes up the Piton with a private guide. We have a booklet giving ideas of what to do on the Island on and off the tourist path. A question I am asked is the pool private and I confirm the pool is for the sole of our quests.

Why can't I call Emanus (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Emanus (the owner) a message.

If Emanus (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
