We are renting a nice condominium on the 9th Floor in View Talay Jomtien Condominium, Building 1A (Jomtien-Beach side), with double bed (king size), single Jacuzzi with changing colors LED, movement detector in toilette and 1 deamer, kitchen equipped with refrigerator, microwave, electric stove and two electric ceramic cooking-plates, hub, sink, as well as dishes, covers, glasses and pans for six persons, salon with view on Jomtien-Beach, with Flat LED LG TV, Sophon cable TV, Wi-Fi access 10 Mb up and down load free (coaxial), leather sofa (which can be folded up to a small flat bed), 1 massage seat, Air conditioner, smoke detector and European electric plugs.
In addition you have also access to a very nice and big sweet water swimming-pool between Building 1A and Building 1B.
If you have a car or a motorbike, there are a lot of free parking’s in front and at the rear of the building, monitored by CCTV cameras.
You would like to enjoy night-live in Pattaya or go to the Beach? Stop a Baht-bus in front of Building 1A on Thappraya Road and the driver will bring you there for THB 10.00.

As we do not know in advance, how much electricity and water you will use during your holidays, you will have to pay to the owners directly in cash in Thai Baht the following additional fees upon leaving this condominium:
Electricity-charges (of THB 5.00 per KW/h as per electricity meter stand) and water-charges (of THB 50.00 per m3 as per water meter stand) as well as all other fees, such as cleaning charges of THB 2'000.00 for cleaning the condominium and washing and ironing the bed and bath towels upon leaving the condominium, security charges of THB 200.00 (per month or fractional month) and waste management charges of THB 200.00 (per month or fractional month).

How would you get to this condominium?
Easy, if you arrive at Suvarnabhumi Airport, Bangkok in Thailand, the best and cheapest way is, to take the direct Air-condition bus which leaves every half an hour from the ground floor of Suvarnabhumi Airport, Bangkok, Thailand directly to Jomtien-Beach, Pattaya for a fare of approx. THB 134.00 per person. This bus arrives at the final bus station in Jomtien-Beach directly in front of View Talay Jomtien Condominium, Building 1A and opposite the 24h Foodmart in Jomtien-Beach. Mind, the bus will stop several times on the way there, to let customers leave the bus. But do not leave the bus before you reach the final bus station in Jomtien-Beach!!!
We shall wait for you at this final bus station in Jomtien-Beach upon your arrival.
From there to the View Talay Jomtien Condominium, Building 1A it is only about 200 meters to walk to the entrance of the building.
But you may also take a Taxi-Meter (no air-condition inside the Taxi-Meter) from Suvarnabhumi Airport, Bangkok in Thailand to this condominium for a fare of THB 800.00 until approx. THB 1'500.00 (fare is negotiable by you), to be ordered at the counters outside upon leaving the building of the airport.
Or you may order a Limousine service (with air-condition inside a more comfortable car) at the AOT counter inside the Airport, during you are waiting for your luggage, at a fare of THB 1'500.00 until approx. THB 2'500.00 (fare is negotiable), from Suvarnabhumi Airport, Bangkok in Thailand to this condominium.
In case you take a Taxi-Meter or a Limousine service we shall wait for you at the entrance of VIEW TALAY CONDOMINIUM, Building 1A upon your arrival.
