Two parking spaces per unit. No boats or trailers. No pets.

This almost oceanfront condo rents monthly in the off-season. Linens are not included in monthly rentals, but may be added to your reservation.

This condo does maintain a Silver rating and has all required items to do so. If you are looking for something more up to date, I would recommend renting a Gold, or higher, rated property. Anytime which you are dissatisfied with the initial cleaning of a property or if you need additional items such as coat hangers or an ironing board, please call our housekeeping department. We are happy to send someone out to clean more efficiently and provide items to make your stay more comfortable, if we have them on hand. Thank you again for providing your feedback.
