Thank you for your review of your stay at Ocean Watch. It pleases me to know that you have made family memories at this property but I am sorry to hear of your disappointment this year. As always, if you experience issues with cleaning or maintenance, let us know as soon as possible so we can work to correct such things for you, during your stay. We're happy to send a housekeeping crew back out promptly if you're dissatisfied with the initial job. We do exchange propane tanks at our office or you can simply call us and we'll send someone to the property to exchange this for you. I'm happy to know that our electrician was able to tend to the issue with the breaker quickly and efficiently. I have forwarded your review on to our housekeeping department so they can ensure this property is cleaned more thoroughly.
