LIVING SPACE - Spacious 2000+ sq ft home with living room, dining table, a beautiful wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 4 bedrooms, 2 baths. Dowstairs first bedroom has a queen bed and TV. Upstairs second bedroom has a queen bed. Upstairs third bedroom has four twin beds. Upstairs fourth bedroom has a queen bed and double/twin bunk bed. The game room has a twin bed and TV. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Stove with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Game room with foosball table! Board games and card games. TVs with Satellite, fast Wi-Fi and a DVD player. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace. Washer/dryer available.

Unfortunately with almost 400 cabins, sometimes things do get missed and we sincerely apologize. Mountain Fever is one of our favorites and the homeowners take great pride in their cabin, so it is disheartening to hear you had problems while staying there. I just wanted to update you and let you know that we did send someone out to inspect the property and both the daybed and the blinds are in great condition. I also had them check the fireplace and they said that it was not clogged, the flu just needed to be opened in order to let the smoke out. They also checked the heater and said that it was working also, there are directions posted in the cabin. We would like to extend our deepest apologies if the cabin did not meet your expectations. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
