“Lovely apartment. Wonderful hosts.” This lovely apartment provided everything we were looking for during our 14 day stay in ReykjavÃk. This was our third visit to Iceland and we had gotten to know Reykjavik well. We had our choice of locations and picked this area just a short walk to the lake, the center of the city, and Hallgrimskirkja. It couldn't be more well located. The apartment was immaculately clean and well cared for. It was comfortable, spacious, and picturesque both inside and out as it offered a stunning view of the city and beyond. Our hosts were gracious, welcoming, and available. They responded quickly to our communications prior to our visit, allowed us early access to the apartment upon our early morning arrival, provided us with written and verbal details about the workings of items in the apartment, and responded almost immediately in the few instances where we needed to be in touch with them. We would consider returning to this apartment if available on our future visits to ReykjavÃk. I cannot recommend it more highly.

“A great stay in Iceland in a great location!” We stayed at cozy studio for 3 nights recently during a short break to Iceland. Before we arrived Sveinn was extremley helpful not only with arrangements concerning our booking but just general hints and tips to help us during our stay. The apartment was like its name very cozy and warm. Clean and comfortable and in a great location for the capital's centre without being noisy. We loved Iceland and were very happy to be staying in such lovely place

“Irelands best kept secret!” Our stay in Siggi's apartment was just what we needed for our 3 night stop over in Ireland. Siggi makes it a totally stress free holiday with him picking us up at airport, and touring us to a couple great spots on the way to the apartment. The apartment was very comfortable and the location in Seltjanarnes was wonderful with the Ocean less than a block away. There is great walking and bicycle path that borders the Ocean for miles. We were less than 5 minutes from grocery store which was also the location for our small group day tours with GeoIsland (Sega). Siggi also lets his guests use one of his vehicles with gps . We were able to drive only a short distance to view the Northern Lights . We are not golfers but there is one within walking distance. We felt like part of the community and wish we could have stayed longer. Thanks To a wonderful host who kindly delivered us back to the airport for return home to Canada.

“Excellent Apartment in a Superb Location” This beautifully decorated and superbly equipped apartment is in a great location just one block away from Laugavegur, one of the main streets in downtown Reykjavik. Everything about the apartment is high quality and it is a fantastic place to stay; we visited as a family of four for a week during December 2012. The location is excellent - there are plenty of cafés, restaurants, bars and shops and supermarkets all within easy reach on Laugavegur. The apartment is stylish, warm, comfortable and fully equipped with everything you would need including an excellent kitchen, LCD TV, home cinema, washing machine, dishwasher, iron and Wi-Fi. There are plenty of car parking spaces nearby, and we didn’t have any problems finding a free space. The owners were very pleasant to deal with and we would definitely stay here again.
