The modernly designed and fully furnished Studio Apartment in the green city area, away from the famous Maksimir Park just few minutes walk. Located in a quiet part of Zagreb this apartment is the ideal choice for your stay. The apartment consists of large living room connected with kitchen, separate bathroom and balcony. Smoking is allowed ONLY on balcony. A modern and functional equipment provides a relaxing stay : fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, microwave and conventional oven), modern designed bathroom with washing machine, a big living room with sofa (converts to bed for 2 adults), sofa (can be converted to bed for extra person or child), desk, free wireless internet, 40 + TV channels, money safe, balcony (space provided for smoking), FREE parking. The apartment is air conditioned. In the entrance area is a large closet for clothes and luggage. The tram station is just 3 minutes walk, city center can be reached in 10 minutes with frequent tram lines.

Nearby are all the necessary facilities to the traveler: the bank, shops, restaurants, pizzeria, post office, clinic (physician), pharmacy. In the park Maksimir other than walking, cycling and visiting the city zoo, in the summer season there is rent-a-boat on lake. To the park is by foot only a few minutes, and nearby there is a football stadium Dinamo. In the immediate vicinity there is open sports complex with playgrounds and tennis courts. To the city centre there is 15 minutes by frequent line public transport. Alternatively you can take a walk that will take you through interesting part of the city and reach city centre in some 30-40 minutes. For guests arriving in Zagreb by plane we can organize a reception at the airport and transfer by car to / from the apartment (20eur charge per trip). Upon request we can organize a tour of the city, accompanied by a licensed guide, on foot or bicycle. We can arrange bike hire (city / mtb).

The apartment is designed to provide a comfortable stay for 2 adults with one or two children, or alternatively for 3 adults.
Since it is categorized as a studio apartment, there is no separate bedroom. In the living room there is a comfortable 3-seater sofa that can be extended to a full size bed in the evening for 2 adults. Additionally, there is another sofa (also extendable) for a 3rd adult or for any children. Adjacent to the kitchen there is a dining corner with a 4 person dining table. In the kitchen you'll find all the neccessary cooking-ware and utensils. There is also a fridge, freezer, conventional oven and microwave oven. Whilst there is no food or ingredients in the kitchen, you will find coffee & tea making facilities. And in any event, an excellent supermarket is just around the corner to cover any food or beverage needs that you may have! We provide free wireless internet connection, TV with 40+ multilanguage channels, radio and CD/mp3 player unit with USB slot. On the shelves in living room you'll also find choice of books (in english) and a handful of various tourist leaflets on Zagreb and other parts of Croatia. For the children, we can provide various toys, board games or playstation on your request. The bathroom is equipped with a modern designed shower cabin, and lavatory. There is a washing machine too, along with an iron and ironing board - especially convenient if you are planing a longer stay.Fresh clean towels are provided on your arrival along with bed linen. We can also change the towels & linen more frequently on your request. From the dining corner you can exit to the balcony to enjoy some fresh air or maybe a cigarette if you are a smoker. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment, so we have set up a smoking corner on the balcony should you require it.
