APARTMENT: Three rooms is an attic flat of approx. 50 on the second floor. It 'consists of double bedroom, twin bedroom, living room with sofa bed, kitchenette and bathroom with shower. The living room looks out on the balcony with sea view sqm. 5.30 with table and chairs. The ceilings are high and spacious and airy rooms. The apartment includes a TV set while the washing machine is located on the ground floor available to all tenants. LOCATION: The villa is at the end of the seafront in Villa Rosa, in a quiet area, away from the traffic, connected to Alba Adriatica with a pedestrian and bike wooden bridge that is located next to the Villa. BEACH: The beach is a few tens of meters, within walking distance, equipped with Chalet with bar and restaurant, umbrellas, children's playground, hot tub and solarium. Beside the beach facilities there is also a part of beach that the town of Martinsicuro dedicated to our 4-legged friends the beach "Bau Beach". SHOPS AND ENTERTAINMENT: Just over the bridge there is a children's playground and a beautiful promenade with Private Beach and shops for daily needs. LINEN: We do not supply bed linen and towels, the only exception is for stays of less than a week or for guests arriving by plane. In this case you may request a fee.
