About the home

A recently built provencal villa especially convenient for one or two families with kids (6 adults +2 juniors in bunked beds and babies if any). The Villa is located on a small hill between Valbonne and Mougins, in a closed domain of 8 other houses, with video camera at the Domain's entrance.The 1867 sqm property is entirely enclosed and has its own private pool (9 x 4 m-depth 0,55 to 1,60m) ,heated on request and secured with an alarm in line with the latest security norms . The jaccuzi for 5 people is nearby.Around : 8 sun beds on the lawn ,3 parasols or better , the 40 sqm of the covered patio overlooking the pool, also the place to be for lunch and dinner(+ 2 sun beds).Under the same roof is the gym corner. In the lower “restanque”,is a private 'jeu-de-boules' ,with lights for evening games, inviting teams to practice this typical French sport.Small kids and juniors will enjoy the wooden area behind where several games are waiting for them.The south/south-west orientation is superb , also the flowered entrance.

There are 3 bedrooms with large cabinets (shelves/hangers), all with double beds (190x 180cm wide),two of them can be set as twins on request . Two rooms with ensuite showers ,washing basin and WC are on ground level, the master bedroom and main bathroom (2 washing basins/bathtub/shower,WC) are on the first floor. .This floor houses also the kids'corner (with aircon) set for 2 in bunked beds, next to but separated from the master bedroom .This floor has a balcony with view protected by an electric shade (which close itself when windy , likewise the terrace downstairs), with chairs and table.

There are one full bathroom and 2 showers , please see the bedrooms comments .
The guestroom is next to the entrance hall downstairs , making 4 toilets in total for the house.

The house is protected by an alarm and also all its windows and the bays have electric shutters ;Central Air Condition, Outside solar shower
A Gym corner in the covered terrace(patio) facing the pool includes 3 machines: threadmill,Japanese bicycle, stepper.
Several games for the kids : table football,trampoline,ping-pong,swing and slide,sand box.
1 TV with Sky digital downstairs,1 TV with the French bouquet Canal Satellite (hundred of channels in various languages) upstairs,washing machine (8 kgs) and large Dryer (10 Kgs) and backup fridge in the laundry room.Main kitchen fridge is a Siemens American fridge.Weber barbecue grill using charcoal.
In addition to the dining and sitting areas,the main living room (60 sqm/4 double bays) allows a study corner with teak desk , Pc (win XP) connected to broadband internet.The box supports wifi smartphones and tablets.
An arbor has been erected in the wooden part with round glass table and chairs , a hammock hangs between 2 trees.
The villa is was officially rated " MEUBLE DE TOURISME" 5 STARS by decree no 2010-613 bis of the Prefect of Nice, on July 23, 2010.

The villa is in a closed domain with video monitoring at the entrance .
It has a front garden with the jacuzzi, green grass surrounding the pool and ,at a lower level ,the bowling area (Pétanque).
The games are concentrated at the back of the villa , in a wooden area , with an arbor , convenient for watching the kids.
The private swimming pool can be heated.

Villa Bois Doré is rented on a weekly basis from Saturday 5 pm to Saturday 10 am.
Booking deposit : 25 % ; Balance payable 20 days before arrival by bank wire, paypal ,or debit/credit cards.
Security deposit 500 euros .
The rental price is ALL IN except for heating the pool (100 euros per week) and using the jacuzzi ( 150 euros per week).

For the 2 or 3 weeks bookings, full house cleaning with change of linen/towels is available free of charge every saturday from 10 am.Two towels for pool and two for bathroom are provided by person and per week , free of charge.

All payments are made in Euros ( Pound Sterling can be arrab=ged upon special request).

Outside of the main Season tailored made dates are accepted on request in Aporil & May.Minimum 7 nights in any case

A monthly rate can also be quoted in April, May and September / October.

The Valbonne area

Valbonne is an old and pleasant village offering a wide range of local shops , restaurants ,and a popular gathering square: Place des Arcades. Market day is on Friday.Six km away there are more reputed restaurants in Mougins.Antibes with its port , its fort "Vauban" ,its jazz festival and much better for the kids , its unforgettable Marineland Park ,can be reached in a few minutes by car. Aqualand , a bit further along the coast in Frejus can also make a very enjoyable day. Cannes is famous for its movies festival in May , its “Croisette” or its shopping street called Rue d’Antibes.Perfumes lovers will go to Grasse or to the morning market of Nice ,on the Cours Saleya ,to discover the provencal fruits and Flowers. Golfers will have no problem finding a good course on the Cote d'Azur.

“Fantastic family friendly property” We stayed at this villa for two weeks in early May as a group of 4 adults and one young baby (10 months). We found the owners to be incredibly helpful and friendly, from the initial booking stage to showing us around when we arrived (in perfect English) and offering many suggestions for things to do and see in the surrounding area during our stay. The villa itself is immaculate and very spacious (much more so than it looks in some of the photos on the website). It contains everything you would need to cater for a family, the kitchen is incredibly well equipped and the gas barbeque is great too. For a holiday with a young child it was ideal as everything possible was provided, including a cot and high chair as well as plastic crockery and even a blender to puree up some food for our daughter. She loved the outdoor area, especially the baby swing and the swimming pool. For older children the wooded area, swings, table tennis and huge selection of pool toys would definitely provide enough to keep them occupied for several days. The villa is in a fantastic location for visiting many nearby towns including Antibes, Cannes and Nice and the nearest village of Valbonne (circa 2km drive) is a beautiful place for a walk (particularly during the weekly market) or a meal. Overall we had a fantastic holiday staying in this villa and would highly recommend it to others.

“This was a divine place!” We were four seniors and Villa Boisdoree turned out to be just perfect for all of us: We were lucky and got a last-minute cancellation: in over a decade of traveling in Europe; I have not stayed in such a well-appointed spotless place. Bravo to the owner Molles for making it a stand-out place: We each had our own quiet bedroom and bath on two levels; then we gathered each evening on the terrace overlooking the gqrden for a home-cooked meal. Adding to the pleasure was a pre-dinner swim in the lovely pool which unlike our US pools,was not overly chlorinated! There were several sets of Provencal dinnerware to choose from, so we had fun trying as many as we could, along with spotless kitchenware that would put Martha Stewart to shame! All conveniences like dishwasher; washing machine, dryer worked perfectly: Although we did not use them, a trampoline; swing set and Weber grill promised a good stay for a young family. We were lucky and will definitely recommend this one to our friends and family.

“fantastique!” We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The welcome and handover was excellent Mr and Mrs Molle were welcoming and accomodating. This is a great villa for families we had a 2 year old and a 4 month old with us, they loved it, air con for baby and plenty for a toddler to do with adult supervision. For us it was like home from home, we didnt need to take anything. Cot, plastic plates, cups, cutlery, towels, bedding, pool toys, dvd player everything already there. Car needed to get to shops and the beach, but restaurants at a walkable distance. would highly recommend, thank you for a stress free, enjoyable stay.

“Deilig sted nær den Franske riviera” Vi hadde en flott uke, huset er meget godt utstyrt med alt av bekvemmeligheter, spesielt likte vi hagen med svømmebasseng og lekeapparater for barna og bortennis samt bane for typisk fransk kulespill. Verstskapet var hyggelig og profesjonell. Beliggenhet nær Valbonne og i kjøreavstand til Monaco, Nice og Cannes. Man er avhengig av bil, men det finnes gode resturanter i gangavstand fra huset. Det er god plass for 6 voksne og to barn, tråløst internett fungerte også godt. Vi følte oss veldig trygge med låst port til eiendommen og til de 9 eiendommene innenfor hovedporten.
