About the home

To understand the villa in which we stayed back in history in 1906g when is an old family Bareta rooted from Napoleon's army, which ruled the area in the small town of Trogir Okrug Gornji built a stone house in the street that bears their name.
When we entered in 2008 years we have access to home ownership with the help of local complete restoration of the old masters, and the house in its original format into a villa for a vacation where no one lives but the whole year .

The villa is located in the old town of Okrug Gornji and near the old church towers St. Charles over the most beautiful beach in the Riviera of Trogir, which is 350m away.
To the center has 150 yards so you can walk to local restaurants, cafes, post offices, pharmacies, shops and ATMs.

The villa has 100m2 and a little garden where you can dine under the gazebo and sip your favorite drink.
The ground stone villa has a bathroom, kitchen with separate dining and living room.
The first floor is an additional WC and 3 bedrooms, 1 large and 2 smaller rooms that are air-conditioned.
The house is equipped with satellite TV, washing machine, safe deposit box and the furniture is handmade.
Villa breathes history and each offers a view of the protected objects of the time.
The object is registered for 6 persons.

With joy you expect at any time of year because of Trogir is a city of art and the area has 2670 sunny hours.
Trogir is only 4 km and the airport 9km.

The furniture in the villa is handmade in oak and gives a real sense of Dalmatian ville. Linen and towels are included.

On the terrace there is a beautiful handcrafted table where you can sip a drink or dine in candlelight. Surrounded flowers, olive trees and other plants in the distance hear the church bells.

The Trogir / Ciovo area

Welcome to Trogir, a town that UNESCO accepted as a unique and well preserved historical Romanesque island town in 1997.

District Municipality located in the western part of the island of Ciovo consists of two traditional village Okrug Gornji and Okrug Donji. It is interesting that the name of this special Dalmatian town comes from the Croatian word "circle" as both sites distributed along a circular bay on the west side of the island.

Its geographical position is the center of Dalmatian subregion.

The mild Mediterranean climate, rich subtropical and Mediterranean vegetation, archipelago of picturesque islands, numerous small, picturesque bays and beaches. Riviera Okrug with 2670 sunny hours yearly is one of the most attractive tourist destinations in Hrvatskoj.Srednja air temperature was 16.3 degrees C (Nice 15.8 degrees C), and 281 days a year with average temperatures above 10 degrees C are a prerequisite for pleasant throughout the year.

SPLIT AIRPORT:Ciovo is mere 15 min drive /taxi from Split airport .Split airport is served by many airlines including British Airways and Croatian Airways which offer regular flights from UK and Ireland during the summer.Cheap flights can be found at :www.easyjet.com or www.skyscanner.net.

BUSES AND TAXIS:There is a regular bus service between Split airport and Trogir .Car hire and local taxis are available on every airport .A taxi for 4 people from the Split Airport to the villa should cost no more than 30 euros.

“Not recommended” This Villa is not recommended. The kitchen and kitchen equipement was dirty and fat. It was announced with four new bikes but none of them worked even after being "repaired" after a few days. The bathroom smelled mildew and bath curtains were dirty and disgusting. The patio was right in the street. The village was like beeing on a main street, full of cars and traffic. Complete chaos. Not a very quaint place. Response: Dear ex guests, once you realize that you can not ride a bike with his sick foot, you've rented a car and you are told that the bikes are not correct.For new bikes guests before and after you have not had any complaints It was confirmed by the agency to manage the property and controls in bike repair service after your complaint). After what we said that we can not cover you the cost that you have begun to make unnecessary trinkets and ask us blackmail ​​threat of bad text on Tripadvisor. We will never agree to blackmail, even if at the cost of false advertising bad. Our purpose is customer satisfaction and always try to satisfy everyone, but it seems that even that was not enough to you.

“Nice stone house but too expecive for what received.” General impression correct, but 798 GBP in August, definitely too expensive for quality received! All photos improved with light effects. Because of external stairs connecting sleeping and kitchen, bathroom area and SMALL terrace via which you pass you will have impression you live on the street ( luckily not very much used by cars) Terrace in pure concrete! Which makes it more part of street than the house. Ground floor bathroom correct but neither 100% clean neither most recent. Living room much more darker than on the photo. First floor bedrooms clean, AC, nice design, toilet with a tap. Response: Dear guest, Thank you for your response and believe in our customer is always right. Agency that made cleaning the villa must manifest and be better and more efficiently. Villa is the original Dalmatian stone house in the center of the Dalmatian and we think the original is always better than some copies. She breathes an authentic history. We have our “All inclusive-offer” made it both easier and cheaper . All the usual extra costs are included. How would you make sure that we can much better contact us with a new term. Thanks again.
