The Property:-

Our semi detached Spanish Villa is located in the beautiful town of Torrevieja. Set in a peaceful urbanisiation the villa benefits from it being Just a short walk to enjoy the beaches, local swimming pools, supermarkets, shops, restaurants and bars. Having just undergone a major Exterior refurbishment the villa now benefits from its own private pool.

For families there are lots to do: the local waterpark is always a great place to visit for a fun day out or a theme park over in Benidorm; the beaches are always busy and full of life; or if you just want to relax in the comfort of the villa you can rest assured that there is plenty of outdoor space within the garden that your children can play in without having to go out - most Spanish villas have limited outdoor space but not ours!

For the golfing fanatics there are numerous courses within easy driving distance that offer a range of challenging environments to cater for the novice through to the more experience golfers!

The villa itself has 3 bedrooms. 1 double with new En-Suite and 2 twin bedrooms sleeping 6 in total. Lounge/Diner, Kitchen and Master Bathroom. The outside of the villa has been fully reburbished in Spring 2018 and whilst the inside is due to be reburbished late 2019 it is clean and comfortable with everything you should need for a relaxing, enjoyable home from home holiday.

If you want to eat in there is a fully equipped kitchen within the villa or if you fancy a bbq there is one of these also and plenty of outdoor space, tables and chairs to enjoy a pleasant night in. If you fancy going out there are many restaurants and bars to cater for every taste.

The villa has wifi throughout and a television with English and Scandinavian Channels.

If shopping is what you are after there are plenty of shopping centres with the newly opened La Zenia Boulevard just a short drive away with a variety of restaurants, shops and entertainment to choose from. Or you could just walk to the town where there are many shops also.

There are local supermarkets to cater for your everyday needs and a large Carrefour just 1.5km drive away.

The villa is managed by a friendly english couple who live locally if you have any problems during your stay.

Torrevieja Itself :-

Situated on the southern coast of Spain, in the Costa Blanca region, 40 minutes drive from Alicante Airport and 30 minutes from Murcia (San Javier). The cosmopolitan resort of Torrevieja is surrounded by the largest salt flats in Europe, and the protected parkland in the nearby La Mata is home to several species of birds namely Flaningos, Cranes and Herons.

This micro climate is considered to be one of the healthiest climates in the world. Boasting 320 days a year sunshine it makes Torrevieja an ideal all year round holiday destination. There are numerous sandy blue flag beaches, stretching from La Mata in the north all the way down the coast to the well know sporting resort of La Manga.

La Mata beach has fine sand with a nice promenade. There are plenty of bars and restaurants stretching along the beach with a vary popular central square which hosts lovely bars, restaurants and cafes to enjoy the sun. Torrevieja's best know beach is called Los Locos. Again this area has plenty of bars, restaurants, cafes and shops. Following along the promenade leading to the harbour you will find many more places to eat. There are many boat trips available down here be it for fishing, touring round the coast in a glass bottom boat or trips to the nearby island of Tabarca.

At the port area there is a craft market open daily right through to late evening. There are also several other markets to choose from locally including La Mata on a Wednesday, Torrevieja on a Friday and Lemon Tree market on a Sunday to name but a few.

There are various shopping outlets in and around Torrevieja. The nearest to the property is Habaneras which is situated next to a large Carrefour. The Habaneras has various well known shops and also hosts restaurants and Cafes on the upper level. A short drive or bus journey takes you to La Zenia. A large outdoor shopping centre with lots of major named shops including Zara, Zara home, primark and many many more. There is often entertainment on in the main square at La Zenia and again there are plenty of places to eat and drink.

Also close to the property is an area called Ozone. Here you will find Ten Pin Bowling, Cinema, KFC, Supermarket and various different places to eat including all you can eat buffets.

    Clean, well maintained villa with great pool!

    Close to Los Locos beach - 10 minute walk. Everything you need for holiday. Would probably require a car as Torrevieja is rather large although taxis easily available.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    If Jill (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
