We are so proud of our stunning apartment and we are positive you will have an absolutely fantastic holiday when you come and stay here.
Our apartment is ideal for golfers, families and couples alike. No matter what you want from a holiday, we have it here.
If you want a beach holiday, we are just a 2 minute walk away from Punta Prima beach where there is also a lovely promenade along which you can walk for miles. Dotted along here are a selection of bars and restaurants where you can sit down and refresh yourselves and maybe do a spot of people watching.
If you like a bit more excitement we are just a 5 minute walk away from a huge selection of bars, restaurants and a disco. There really is something for everyone's taste and idea of a good night out, from peaceful bars/ restaurants overlooking the sea to multi cuisine restaurants and bars with live entertainment. All just a short walk away but not near enough to our apartment to keep you awake at night.
If you don't like to stray too far then you can have a fantastic day in our complex. Here there are beautiful gardens and a wonderful pool and childrens playpark. . It really is the most relaxing and peaceful setting.
The apartment itself has simply stunning views and furnished to a very high standard with hot and cold aircon, the photos really don't do it justice. Finally, if you like a round of golf then there are 3 championship golf courses within 15 minutes drive, Las Ramblas, Campoamor and Villamartin.

As you enter our stunning second floor apartment you have a beautifully furnished and air conditioned lounge leading to patio doors and private terrace with srunning views to the Mediterranean. To the left of the lounge you have your dining area also with stunning views. To the rear of the apartment you have a well-equipped kitchen and also a beautifully decorated bathroom. Next to the bathroom you have a double bedroom with fully fitted wardrobes and aircon.

This is a beautiful small complex with private communual pool. Beside the complex are stunning beautiful matured gardens with childrens playarea. With this apartment you have a beautiful front terrace where you can enjoy your breakfast watching the sun rise over the sea or enjoy an early evening tipple after a hard day holiday making. Above the apartment you have a magnificent private solarium/roof terrace with everything you would need from sunloungers to table, chairs and bbq but most of all you have those fantastic views.

For the comfort of all our guests, smoking is not permitted in the apartment, but you are more than welcome to smoke on the terrace or solarium.
If you have a late flight you may want a welcome pack of coffee, tea, milk, cereal, eggs, bacon etc which we would be happy to get for you at a small charge. Just let us know your requirements.
We can also help with airport transfers if you wish

The Costa Blanca - South-eastern Spain - Without doubt a huge majority of visitors who travel to the Costa Blanca each year do so mainly to take advantage of the sun, the sea and the beaches,
It would be a mistake however to think that this is all the Costa Blanca has to offer, a quick glance at a travel guide of the area will confirm that there are a great many places of interest to visit and enjoy.
Overall the Costa Blanca has much to offer holidaymakers and tourists of all types, fine beaches for sun lovers, ancient towns and cities for culture lovers and wonderful natural parks for nature lovers.
Try a visit some time soon and enjoy a little of what the Costa Blanca has to offer.
The Torrevieja Area / Punta Prima, Torrevieja area
5 minutes walk from our home are 2 large modern supermarkets, there are also many bars, restaurants to choose from, there is something for everyone, no matter what your taste is.
There are many beaches in our area but the nearest is Punta Prima beach and sea front, which is just a 2 minute walk away. Here there is a lovely sandy beach and even a small bar for refreshment.
Running parallel the sea front is the promenade, along which you can walk for miles. A great way to build up an appetite.

Fly into Alicante or Murcia. Our apartment is just 45 minute from Alicante airport and 25 minutes from Murcia airport.
Many budget airlines fly to these destinations including Ryanair, Easyjet, Flybe and Jet2. A good search site is skyscanner.com
To rent a car I would suggest carjet or economycar, both are good sites.

We stayed here for a week in mid-October and loved every minute of it . The apartment was clean and tidy with fairly modern decor. Plenty of room in the main lounge area. Kitchen is small but as we tended only to be cooking snacks then this was fine. Good sized fridge freezer. Only thing missing was a microwave. Bed was comfy and bathroom was nice and bright. The balcony was bigger than it looked on the photos and breakfast there every morning was a great start to each day. The secure rooftop area was fantastic and there were plenty of loungers, tables, etc in the large cupboard up there. The seafront is less than 5 minutes walk and we regularly went down and walked either to the right into the busier parts of Punta Prima or to the left to Torrevieja (almost a 2 hours stroll mind you!). The apartment was only 2 minutes away from a series of small shops and restaurants. We ate out in both the Italian and the Indian and both meals were great. But the best eating place we found was about a 20 minute walk along the main road to The Papaya Tree. We went there twice and had the best meals we've ever had outside of Scotland! All in all a very pleasant place to stay. |

The apartment was exactly as described plus so much more and located central to everything.A small supermarket,paper shop,cafe bar at road end and only a short stroll to larger supermarket,good selection of restuarants and bars.Aidan the property manager was reliable and very helpful,making booking process and arrival stress free.The holiday rental site makes each booking step simple and all information regarding property is accurate.I have used the site in the past and will definately use it again plus recommend the site to friends and family |

I booked this apt due to its cost, location and amenities. We like a nice pool, beach location and a very high standard of cleanliness-this apt surpassed this! Even better than the advert. Correspondence with the agent was friendly, easy and extermely helpful. He met us on arrival at the apt, directed us around and gave us some further helpful information on the area, and was a handy contact to have, esp as we couldnt find the elecric box due to our own stupidity! The apt was bright, clean and surprisingly spacious for a one bedroom. This was due to the fact that the apt was originally 2 bed and was opened up creating extra lounge space. The balcony overlooked the sea and other attractive apt's, the sea breeze was amazing throughout the room. Well equiped kitchen if slightly short on cupboard space but well manageable. Spacious bedroom with very comfy bed. Perfect bathroom with excellent shower and large mirror. For us we loved the extra space that the private roof terrace gave, there was also a garage up there with various sunbeds, mats, deckchairs and left over inflatables which the kids loved! Very secure and safe apt complex due to being a gated community. Mainly spanish people around the pool who obviously lived in the complex and put up with noise and splashing from young kids and were surprisingly friendly under the circumstances. Stick to the pool rules and reign in the kids a little-makes for a very happy holiday. The surrounding area is quiet but bars,restaurants and commercial centre just a short walk away. We took a taxi to main town Torreviejca and Flamingo water park 10-12 euro's for a short trip away from punta prima. 5 mins to lovely wee beach and 15 to bigger beach, both lovely warm, clear water, so safe for kids. We had a great holiday and are planning to return next year. |
