Playa Langosta is a high-end neighborhood in Tamarindo, Surrounded by multi-million dollar homes and exuberant nature, this is the best place for vacations. It is located a short 2-minute drive on a brand new cement road or a 15-minute walk where you will be able to see monkeys and exotic birds along the way. The beach has tide pools perfect for little kids to discover colorful fish and your occasional octopus. Towards the estuary (less than 100 from the public entrance) you have calm and refreshing waters with plenty of shade and right in front of it you have the local's favorite surf spot, It is common to see lots of people with their surfboards walking around or even in their bicycles. There is a store with all the products you need and 3 restaurants in the immediate vicinity. You will have access to the entire property. Tamarindo is 1 hour away from the Liberia Airport, you can arrange shuttles or car rentals through us with special prices and discounts. Once in Tamarindo you can rely on the informal taxi service or rent an ATV to move around and discover some amazing beaches 30 minutes away from us. Located in Playa Langosta, just a mile from the center of Tamarindo, the villas have everything you would ever expect in a true luxury vacation rental. The architecture and the attention to detail put them in a class by themselves. Ocean views (some villas), private pools, rooftop Jacuzzis (some villas), luxury furnishings, and total security are waiting for you at Courtyard Villas. All the villas feature hand-crafted floor and wall tiles, tropical hardwood doors and cabinetry, ceiling fans, custom kitchens, air conditioning, and more. The entrance to the courtyard is secure, with a doorbell located outside for guests. Upon entering your villa, you encounter a view of the pool and garden area. The main floor is surrounded by a garden and opens to the pool terrace. The custom-designed kitchen offers American-style appliances including a dishwasher, oven, cook top stove, refrigerator and garbage disposal. The outdoor pool area has ceiling fans and a gas grill. All the bedrooms have their own bath and private shower, ceiling fans and air-conditioning. A vacation in your own private villa at the Courtyard is as close to Pura Vida as you can get. Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
