The Guernsey region
Guernsey located off the south coast of England and 23 miles from the French coast. The climate is mild with more days of sunshine per year than the United Kingdom. The island has a number of beautiful beaches and scenic cliff paths with views to France. During the summer months the town is buzzing with festivals and markets.
St Peter Port
The Albany is located in Guernsey's capital St. Peter Port. Set against the spectacular backdrop of Castle Cornet, the town's cobbled streets and picturesque seafront marina make St. Peter Port one of Europe's prettiest harbour towns. The High Street has the charm of a bygone era with small boutiques and gift shops alongside larger branded stores. Many of the business are family-run businesses that offer visitors a unique shopping experience. In addition to shops and restaurants, The Albany is within walking distance of many historic sites including Victor Hugo's Guernsey home.

When we arived, I couldn't believe that it was our flat during 10 days The flat is very spacious for 4 people, there is everything you may need, a very good connection wii fii, and the bed are confurtale. Moreover, the personal is very nice.

We are truly sorry the guest did not like their apartment. We appreciate their comments. We take all of our guests' comments seriously viewing them with an open mind and using them to determine how we might improve to the benefit of our guest's enjoyment. A personal letter has also been sent to the guests.
Our goal is to ensure that our guests enjoy their Guernsey holiday.In all instances, if we are made aware of a problem we strive to correct it immediately.
We greet our guests on arrival and always advise them that the manager lives on site and is available to deal with any concerns during their stay.
The guest booked a STANDARD apartment. During their stay, the guest did not express dissatisfaction with their apartment. Had we been aware the guest was only able to access two television channels, we would have immediately replaced the FreeView box with a new one. Our goal is to ensure that all aspects of our apartments are in good working order.
Our walled gardens, terraces, and balconies are configured in an open plan reflecting the style of the original mansion house. We appreciate the guest's comments in this regard and have added additional photos of the gardens and balconies so future guests have a accurate picture of the communal layout. We appreciate the guest's comments regarding the size of the kitchen and are now in the process of having a floorplan drawn for each apartment, which we will make available online and are always happy to provide additional and detailed information of the apartment to our guests prior to booking.
Again, we sincerely apologise that this guest was not completely satisfied and urge all guests to advise us of any concerns immediately so that we might do our best to ensure all guests enjoy their stay and holiday.
