HUTB 012270 03 - Apartamento en planta baja en primerísima línea de mar, con jardín privado, todas las comodidades, 2 habitaciones y 1 baño completo; zona comunitaria con piscina y tenis. Bien comunicado, no se precisa coche. Zona exclusiva de aparcamiento. Situado, paseando, a 3 minutos reales del puerto de Aiguadolç, con todo tipo de bares, restaurantes y buen ambiente; a 7 minutos de gran supermercado y a 20 del pueblo. Totalmente equipado, con ropa de cama, utensilios de cocina y toallas de baño y playa.

Dadas las medidas especiales de protección contra el coronavirus, os facilitaré la información plastificada e higienizable ; lamentablemente, deberé retirar juegos, juguetes, revistas....lo cual ruego tengáis en cuenta y vengáis suficientemente preparados. Sigo todas las recomendaciones de higiene y limpieza que pautan las autoridades sanitarias, tal como recibiros con mascarilla, desinfección de la casa con disolución de lejía, lavado de textiles a 60º e higienización y desinfección de los textiles no lavables, etc.

Durante la noche, no puede utilizarse la climatización (entre las 22 y las 10 h.)

Hola. Durante vuestra estancia estoy a vuestra disposición para cualquier cuestión que podáis precisar. Lógicamente tendréis total independencia, pero, por llamada o whatsapp, puedo estar en contacto y ayudaros en lo que necesitéis. Podéis elegir llegada libre. He querido realizar las fotos yo misma, para no llevar a equívocos y que, las mismas, se correspondan exactamente con la realidad. No hay estilismo añadido ni simulación de espacios más amplios que los reales ni nada que pueda llevaros a engaño ¡Espero que os parezca una buena idea! De nov. a febrero puedo hacer precio por mes completo (consumo electricidad aparte) ¡pregúntame!

How do damage deposits work?

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send BLANCA (the owner) a message.

If BLANCA (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
