From the owner

Our apartments are located in the small, picturesque village Vrulje near the Krka National Park on the shores of Prokljan lake, just a few kilometers away from Sibenik and Skradin. The luxuriously furnished apartments have a wonderful lakeview. Our guests can do various types of activities, but also can just enjoy the peace and harmony of untouched nature. Our apartment accommodation is ideal for families with small children and the elderly. On disposal there is outside swimming pool and deck area with deckchairs.

This rustique designed apartment will give you everything you need to feel like home. You get SAT/TV, free Wi-Fi, air-condition, all equipment in the kitchen. On terase with lake-view you can have breakfast or dinner. There is one bedroom, toilet and dining room in which we have extra bed for two.

Perfection in a beautiful bay

Everything was excellent, the nature is very beautiful there and the beach is so close. The hosts are nice and they helped us in every case. Last but not least, the breakfast was perfect!

Why can't I call Barbara (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Barbara (the owner) a message.

If Barbara (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
