Exceptional location with spectacular views from 8th floor in first line of the beach and in the center of Santa Pola. The proximity to the port and fish market will allow you to buy fresh seafood. The apartment is newly renovated and equipped with appliances (Air Conditioning A / C, heating, TV Led, WiFi, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, stove, refrigerator, washing machine ..) kitchenware and bed and bath linen . This apartment can be rented in both summer and winter. Very bright and welcoming. Large terrace overlooking the bay. The house is equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay (linen, utensils ..) has 4 bedrooms (3 double beds and 1 double room with 2 beds) with the street is pedestrian promenade where there are all kinds of restaurants, shops and services. It is 10 km from Alicante International Airport. The months of July and August are available parking included in the price.

Hi Susan, Thank you very much for the recommendation! Regarding the kitchen equipment it is important to know that there are large cups for coffee and milk for 8 people and no jugs, as well as glass cups and no wine glasses, for reasons of space. I can't put a full tableware for 8 in a closet. Anyway I listen to your proposal and I will solve the problem. Regarding the smell in the lobby I have already contacted the building administrator and the problem will be brought up for discussion at the next neighborhood meeting. Regards, Sonia Bonet

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Sonia (the owner) a message.

If Sonia (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
