About the home

Near beach rent house on the basement floor, trilocale independent few steps from beautiful beach of Sa Petra Ruia and the cove between s.lucia and la caletta of siniscola, large master bedroom, bedroom three-deck beds, sofa bed in the kitchen, veranda.

The house overlooks the pine forest, the apartment is rented basement with ground floor entrance, will be about 50 meters from the beach, to go among the trees, then move into the dunes. The beach is fantastic, white sand, shallow water and light. Shops and supermarkets: 5min. walk you can reach the village of St. Lucia, a small supermarket and a kiosk, or by car to two kilometers is provided around the cove, or any service Siniscola: restaurants, shops, banks, supermarkets, discounters, etc.

However, the home can also be considered for support, because you can eat on the porch and you can spend as much time outdoors (pine forest, beach, two rivers with a natural pond you can fish ....). The proximity to the beach (close) allows to better manage the diverse needs of young children, the sea is low you can let them play on the shore. The place is really nice! The Cove at the marina, diving center, sailing, canoeing, kite surfing, S. Lucia equestrian center

The Sardinia region

The house is located near the vast pine forest, untouched nature is all around, there are ponds and rivers where many species spotless. The sea is very clean with white sand, but there are rocks near and pebble beaches. Beautiful dunes of Cape Comino, protected by UNESCO, and the old lighthouse.

They are also very close to the famous beach Berchidda and the natural oasis Bidderosa. Also near the lake of San Teodoro, where flamingos nest. Wonderful for couples and families with children, also with animals.

The Santa Lucia, Sardinia area

Saint Lucia is a very charming old fishing village, typical cuisine and sports activities on sea and in the countryside. Nearby is The Cove with its marina, sailing, canoeing, diving and fishing. Every day the local ferries make the tour around the bay and come up to the caves of Cala Gonone. You can do many activities, the evening comes alive with entertainment and music.

Each year the festival of the sea, the many initiatives of local fishermen, including festivals and outdoor kitchen. Posada also very close, very charming medieval village. The nearby Siniscola is a town with all amenities (shops, banks etc.). A half hour drive we reach the famous Costa Smeralda.

The area is well connected with the inland for excursions in and Supramontes Gennargentu. The graft close to the 4-lane highway no. 131 can reach easy from the main town of the island (Cagliari, Sassari, Nuoro, Oristano) and any other locations.

From Olbia SS 131 bis to Siniscola, junction to Saint Lucia, leaving the junction to the Cove, is located just after the entrance to Sa Petra Ruia, second right then second left, park in the square: the house is the last right just on the pine, a few steps from the beach.

“Superb location, great for toddlers and children” The apartment is very close to the beach, a mere couple of minutes walk away. The owners are very friendly and quick to help sort any unexpected problems out. The apartment is pretty basic but is a great base if you are out and about all day. And if you have small children it is excellent, no stairs or balconies to fall off and a fully enclosed front yard.
