ST JEAN DE LUZ OCEANFRONT: This grande open apartment (600 sq ft) is fully equipped with a modern kitchen, spa like bathroom, office area and contemporary living room/bedroom. The beach is at your doorstep, with an international spa below and the village steps away! Separate office area with new big MAC computer, printer, free int'l telephoning and wifi, fantastic mountain view! 3rd floor of 4 floor bldg; 2 elevators. A paradise of a holiday - one you will cherish! Sleeps 2+. (ages 14 years of age or older).

Enjoy all the spa facilities downstairs at noon for 2 hours for 15 euros each; swim lengths, take in the steam room and sauna or use the exercise room. Or hike to Biarritz (3.5 hours along the beach) or to the Spanish border (2.5 hours). Swimming, sauna..ing, walking! A car is not required. However, if you wish parking we will provide details. There is secure parking at a cost, or free parking in off season. Saturday to Saturday rentals only.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Dana (the owner) a message.

If Dana (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
