Rhodes / Kiotari Beach area
Kiotari is a beautiful location at the southern part of Rhodes island, 60 km from the island’s airport and harbour and from Rhodes city, 15 km from Lindos with its ancient acropolis, and 30km from Prasonissi, the famous windsurfing resort.
Coast/Beach Kiotari is famous for its variety of pebble and sand beaches, the crystal clear water and the superb local climate. It has been awarded with the Blue Flag. Countless beach spots and bays are along the south Rhodes coast. Organized and crowded or untouched and lonely, the choice is yours. Water sports and boat trips to Lindos are offered at the hotel resort beaches nearby.
Distances - 5-10 minutes walk to the nearest beach and to the picturesque locality's centre (ca. 600 m). - 300m to bus stop with frequent service to Lindos and Rhodes City. - 500- 600m to Kiotari Beach, supermarkets, cafeterias, restaurants, flower shop, hairdresser, dentist. - 1km to Kiotari Hotel Resort area with restaurants, shopping centres, discos, entertainment, ATMs, taxi station. - Short drives to traditional villages around Kiotari (Asklipio, Gennadi, Lahania, Lardos, 3-8 km). - 15 minutes drive to cosmopolitan Lindos for shopping and night life. - 1 hour drive to Rhodes town. - 30 km to Prasonissi, the famous windsurfing spot at the south end of the island. - 60km to Rhodes Airport (ca. 1 hour drive) This part of Rhodes is an ideal base for day trips to explore so many attractions the island has to offer.

During the winter months the island is accessible via flights to Athens and internal flights from Athens to Rhodes which fly approx 6 times a day. Olympic airways also offer connecting flights from Gatwick, Heathrow and Manchester via Athens.

The bedrooms are at 2 levels (2 and 2). All bedrooms have sea view and all but one have access to verandas/garden.

Kitchen: Large kitchen, fully equipped (hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher), opens to veranda.
Utility Room: Washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board.
Living Rooms: Open plan living, dining, kitchen. Patio doors to verandas with outdoor lounge by the pool. Pay TV with brand new films, news channels, documentaries. DVD player.
Other: Garage and storage room.
Cleaning/Maintenance The property is cleaned once a week prior to your arrival and during your stay. Linen and towels are changed once a week in order to respect your privacy. Additional maid service can be arranged. The pool is fully automated, maintenance is normally once a week.
Due to a high building standard and its position, the villa stays pleasantly cool during the hot summer months. Air conditioning may only be needed occasionally.
Assistance The owner and his girlfriend live at the other end this large property in a house within its own grounds. They take care of the cleaning and mainenance and will assist you in all matters. You will hardly see them, but they are there when you need them. An information guide is given to our guests with useful information of the house, the area and the island.
Further details outdoors: Large overflow pool (8.5m x 4.5m) for private use. Ionization system for minimum use of chemicals. The superb pool is right by the veranda and can be watched and directly accessed from the outdoor lounge, one bedroom, living/dining room, kitchen, veranda and BBQ area. Pool side shower with warm/cold water, naturally heated by the sun. Spacious sun terrace around pool area. Covered verandas and patios. Outdoor tables and couches to enjoy mediterranean outdoor living most of the year. Outdoor masonry BBQ next to the kitchen. Premises: over 15000 sqm of fenced property with fruit trees bearing olives, figs, oranges, lemons, apricots, plums, grapes, dates, apples, for our guests to enjoy, depending on time of the year.

Our preferred changeover day is Wednesday, but we are flexible for other days. The house is available from 2.00pm, check out is at 11.00am. Whenever possible, we can arrange for earlier check in and later check out times.
