The 2009 season has once again proved a winner with our villa fully booked from start to end. The feedback we continue to receive from guests is wonderful. We put heart & soul into our villa and spend many weeks in the off season winter months enhancing and updating the interior and gardens. This winter we're adding to what is already a thriving and lush array of plants in the villa's extensive gardens. We also have some exciting interior decoration changes up our sleeves! Traditional buildings, car free streets, sandy beaches and of course the ancient Acropolis are just some of what Lindos has to offer. There are many shopping opportunities in the pretty cobbled passage ways of Lindos. As for bars, cafes and eateries - there is an array to suit all tastes. You can choose between a romantic roof top restaurant, a family run taverna, or a true 'fine dining' experience - no matter where you end up you'll be assured of a warm welcome. How to get there

There are many flights from most UK airports direct to Rhodes between April and October, including British Airways' scheduled service from London Gatwick to Rhodes.

There are also many flight options when it comes to reaching Rhodes in the winter months. Simply fly to Athens and connect on to either Olympic Airways or Aegean Airways for the short 45 minute flight to Rhodes.

Villa Lindos Blue is only 45 minutes from Rhodes Airport by car, most major car hire companies are represented at Rhodes Airport. A taxi from the airport to the villa costs approximately 45 euros.

Anyone who knows historic Lindos knows there are no villas in the village itself, let alone anywhere offering a private swimming pool. Our villa is perfectly situated just a couple of minutes drive away or a twenty minute stroll. The pretty village of Pefkos (also with a magnificent beach!) is only 5 minutes in the car to the south. The entire villa is bright & airy throughout, has been finished to impeccable standards and is equipped with top specification Scandinavian sourced (incredibly comfortable!!) beds & furniture. All three bedrooms are extremely spacious and have their own balconies commanding fantastic sea views. Villa Lindos Blue is set on a large plot and has dedicated parking for several cars. The beautiful walled garden commands great views of the sparkling Aegean Sea. It comprises both lawn & gravel areas, perfect for a game of garden Jenga or Pétanque (both games provided).

**New for 2010** Luxurious outside relaxation area with sofa, chairs and coffee table

Our villa offers a spacious sun terrace with ample space for sun bathing. Six comfortable sun loungers are available. For alfresco dining and located under the shady pergola there's a large teak table chairs. The villa also has its own traditional masonry BBQ.

The swimming pool and surrounding tiled patio keep the sun throughout the day. The "Blue Line" development as a whole is an exclusive, beautifully landscaped retreat set into the hillside with spectacular sea views. Our villa is located at the far end in a perfect and truly peaceful location.

The villa rental cost is fully inclusive of air conditioning, water and electricity.
A welcome pack containing useful essentials awaits guests on arrival.
Villa Lindos Blue is strictly a no smoking property.
A comprehensive Guest Manual is provided in the villa, it contains a wealth of handy information along with contact phone numbers for our friendly villa management team.

Conditions

A deposit of 25% is payable on booking with the remainder 8 weeks before departure

Preferred changeover days are Wednesdays or Saturdays. Other days of the week possible, just give us a call

If booking within 8 weeks of travel the full amount is payable

Strictly no smoking inside the villa

Under 25's group bookings not accepted

There is a £150 security bond - this is held by us and returned to you immediately after your holiday providing no damage has occurred.

Bed linen & towels (excl. beach) provided

Arrival time: After 4pm. Villa must be vacated by midday on day of departure

Villa fully cleaned prior to guest arrival. Interim cleaning available on request for a small charge, please liaise with local villa management team

We wouldn't change a thing. The welcome pack was great and much appreciated, the linen and kitchen utensils were all very nice and good quality.

In terms of recommendations we really enjoyed a restaurant just off the main square in Lindos called Mythos which had great food and lovely staff. The food was also excellent at Enigma in Pefkos also. Your suggestion we try the butcher in Lardos was also very welcome as the sausages were amazing!

We would like to thank you and congratulate you on your incredibly friendly, organised and professional approach from initial enquiry right through to checking in with us upon our arrival back in the UK. It was a pleasure to stay in your home and we will certainly be recommending it to friends and family although we will be careful about how many people we share it with as we don't want it to get booked up by them before we have chance to return again!

The location of the villa is excellent, being close to Lindos with its many restaurants and beaches. The views of Navarone Bay from the private balconies and the pool terrace are lovely, particularly in the early morning and at dusk, when the pool is still getting the last rays of soft sunlight. We met your the villa mangement team, they are all lovely people! We could go on to say how much we enjoyed ourselves, but it is probably best summed up by the fact that we are booking for next year!"
