Bedroom 1 king size bed, ample storage space including fitted wardrobes. Patio doors to furnished balcony.

Bedroom 2 twin beds, fitted wardrobes, door onto furnished balcony. Sea views.

Bedroom 3 loft bedroom twin beds, air-conditioning, sea views.

We have a guest bed which can be used in any of the 3 rooms plus 2 cots.

Bathrooms:

Family bathroom with wc, washbasin, bath with shower, high quality UK standard sanitary ware, with large mirror and shaving point. Fully tiled throughout.

Downstairs cloakroom toilet, wash basin, large mirror.

Kitchen:

Fully equipped with latest appliances including fan oven, halogen hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher plus a host of essential small appliances, cutlery and crockery.

Living Room:

Spacious, light and airy with patio doors to pool and terrace. Designer leather corner sofa unit. TV, DVD player with USB connector, IPod doc, PS3, selection of movies and games.

Dining room:

With designer leather table and chairs for up to 6 guests. Patio doors to pool and terrace. Sea views from dining area.

Fully managed gardens approx 1000sq metres with automatic irrigation system. Private pool with sun loungers. Dining area with wicker furniture dining table and chairs. Outdoor sofa bed. Large traditional style Greek barbecue. For a shaded area there is a second dining table and chairs to the rear of the property. Large parking area and carport to the rear.

Conditions

We are happy to take bookings all year round. A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking, the remaining balance is payable 8 weeks prior to departure. There is also a £150 security bond - this is held by us and returned to you immediately after your holiday (providing no damage has occurred) this needs to be sent with the final balance.

Payment can be made by cheque, internet bank transfer or Paypal. Full details of the booking conditions will be sent to you upon confirmation of your booking.

The Aegean Islands region

Rhodes (or Rodos) is an island in the Aegean Sea, the largest of the Dodecanese Island complex. It is located at the southeastern edge of the archipelagos of the Dodecanese, facing the shores of Asia Minor, which are about 9-10 kilometers away. The population of the island exceeds 110.000 and it covers an area of 1398 square kilometers. It is one of the largest and most beautiful Greek islands. Its landscape mainly comprises of hills and low mountains, which in their majority are covered with forests. It's climate is subtropical and healthy. Refreshing westerly winds moderate the summer heat, while the winter is nearly always mild, with long periods of sunshine.

The Rhodes / Lindos area

The location of Villa Lindian Sun offers you a perfect base to explore the whole of Rhodes.

Situated on the sunniest of the Greek islands Rhodes, it averages over 300 days of sunshine per year.

The villa is located in what most Greeks call the Jewel of the island Lindos.
Lindos will spoil you with its white washed buildings beautiful architecture, and the
famous Acropolis. Which dates back to the 5th century BC.

The Beaches in Lindos are wonderful sandy beaches with plenty of watersports.
Lindos itself has a myriad choice of restaurants, shops, bars and nightlife.
Whatever you do staying in Lindos lets you have the holiday that you want.

Outside of Lindos you also have the choice of visiting the nearby town of Pefkos

only a few minutes by car and Lardos a traditional Greek Village.

Getting around from Villa Lindian Sun is very easy there is a bus stop at the bottom of the

road 2 mins from the villa with a regular bus service. There are also regular taxis on the main rd.

Of course there is the option of a hire car or even Shanks Pony.

Main flight days from the UK are Wednesday and Saturday. With several well known airlines operating from many UK airports. Airlines include Easyjet, Thomas Cook, Thomson, Monarch, Jet2.com and Straegic Airlines.

Ryan Air also fly to Rhodes and they fly Monday and Thursday.

All flights are to Rhodes Diagoras Airport.

Nearest ferry port is Rhodes Town.

We had a wonderful time at the Villa Lindian Sun. The villa was excellent, well equipped, and lived up to all expectations.

Probably one of the best properties of this type that we’ve stayed in across the Mediterranean. We hope to return at some time in the future. Thank you for allowing us to share your holiday home.

The villa is a luxurious place to spend relaxing days in the reliable sun of Rhodes. Situated near is Lindos which is a convenient place to explore Greek food in excellent restaurants. In addition, the villa is so well equipped, that bringing children is no problem.

Gorgeous villa close to Lindos and Lardos of Rhodes. We are a family of four with two teenage daughters who loved having their own bedrooms for private space and a great pool for family time.

The traveling to Old Rhodes town and to the water park was about 50 minutes away and worth the drive. The villa is well equipped. The property is very well managed. We would absolutely stay here again . We highly recommend that you stay here if you want your own piece of Rhodes for awhile.
