This is a beautiful modern property which has been tastefully designed and well furnished throughout. In a peaceful location the villa sits within large walled gardens has a fabulous 'feature' infinity style swimming pool, BBQ and cosy patio furniture. The popular resorts of Lindos and Pefkos are only minutes away by car or for the more energetic a 15 to 20 minute walk!

There are 4 modern double bedrooms, furnished to a high standards all boasting balconies and stunning sea views. There is a spacious living room with a sunken Aphrodite statue and a beautiful modern fully furnished kitchen with granite finish. The large dining area overlooks the patio and pool area. For those evenings when you want to dine 'al fresco' there is a large outside dining and lounge area, where you can sit back and relax watching the sun go down !

Andreas Lindos has a fully fitted kitchen with all the facilities required for making your holiday as comfortable as being at home. The advantage is the weather and the views! There is a washing machine and dishwasher so no washing up whilst on holiday and also a PlayStation2 !

The living area and kitchen both have French doors opening out onto the patio and pool area so you can sit and relax indoors whilst still admiring the surrounding countryside and beautiful blue sea. There is a TV, Play Station 2, DVD player, music system and I-Pod dock for those days and nights when you just want to stay in the villa and relax.

The Aegean Islands region

According to Greek Mythology, Rhodes Island rose out of the sea as a gift to the Sun God Helios, who clothed it with light, giving to its title of island of 320 days of sunshine. Is is the largest and greenest of the Dodecanese Islands.

Whatever type of holiday you are looking for Rhodes has it all! It’s the largest and most visited Greek island and boasts the best sunshine record of all the Med islands. Rhodes has a spectacular history and Rhodes Town is one of the most beautiful Medieval towns in the world that dates back to the days of the Knights of St John. You can wander the maze of tiny streets on the Old Town taking in the atmosphere whilst visiting the sophisticated cafes, restaurants and boutiques that line cobbled streets.

If you like getting out and about, visit the famous Valley of the Butterflies, take a boat trip to the picturesque unspoilt island of Symi or visit Prassonisi (where the Aegean sea meets the Mediterranean sea) which is a great place for wind surfing. You can even take a boat trip to the neighbouring Turkey where you can haggle in one of the many bazaars.

Rhodes has numerous soft sandy beaches where you can take part in many water sport activities or sit back and relax looking at the clear blue sky and crystal clear water.

Rhodes - the island of sunshine... very easy to get to but very difficult to leave. A perfect holiday destination.

Direct flights fly from the UK and most of Europe from April-October.

The Rhodes / Lindos area

The villa is just a 2 minute drive (or a15 minute walk) to the beautiful village of Lindos, with its white washed houses, winding cobbled streets, rooftop restaurants and cosmopolitan bars. If you’re feeling adventurous, you can even climb the many steps up to the ancient Acropolis or even more take a Lindian taxi, a donkey! The views from the summit are spectacular as you’ll see over the village taking in the crystal clear waters and the popular wedding location of St Paul’s Bay. It is the most photographed village in the whole of Greece as it’s both popular with holiday makers day-trippers.

Pefkos village is only a 3 minute drive (or a 10 minute walk) from our beautiful villa and it is a peaceful, laid back resort suitable for couples, groups and families. Every year, visitors return to this tranquil place to spend lazy days on the long soft Blue Flag awarded beach and to enjoy the many traditional Greek restaurants, tavernas and bars where you can try the scrumptious Greek food. You can hire a boat or jet ski if you want to try something different or even have a flying lesson, if you want to view Rhodes by air.

Both Lindos and Pefkos have supermarkets, banking ATM facilities, public telephones and places providing car and bike hire. In Pefkos centre you will find a local doctor and pharmacy..

The traditional villages of Lardos and Gennadi are a short drive away and perfect for mixing with the locals and enjoying a coffee or ouzo or some great Greek food. The resort of Kiotari has a huge stretch of shingle beach with some fantastic watersports and a great beach bar club to dance the night away.

There are many activities to keep busy on Rhodes island including the biggest waterpark in Europe, located in Faliraki (which is about 40 minutes drive away). This day out will provide a funday for all ages. Alternatively, in Afandouu you’ll find a golf course and in nearby Lardos you can try mini-golf or even take part in go-karting. No matter what you choose to do, you’ll have a great time !!!!

There are numerous airlines flying to Rhodes including budget arlines Easyjet and Ryanair who have released direct flight details from Liverpool, London Gatwick, Standstead, Milan and Rome. Check out their websites for some great deals.

Independent flights are now becoming more accessible from most major UK airports. Main airlines include Easyjet, Jet2, Monarch airways, Thomas Cook, Thomson and Olympic. From elsewhere in Europe, Wizz and Aegean fly to Rhodes.

Rhodes is also accessible by ferry from Athens (to Rhodes town).

There are many car hire companies on Rhodes, we recommend Zeus and Payless who will deliver cars to the airport for you. We can arrange car hire for you.

July 2011: We had a fabulous time in your villa. It was perfectly located for us
as you had the option to "stay away from it all" but equally could pop
into Lindos for an evening meal if you wanted to. Scott was great. He
kept the pool etc clean whilst we were there but in a very discreet and
unobtrusive fashion. Savvas at Zeus cars was also very helpful. The
kids of course loved the water park in Faleraki and I have fond
memories of a boat trip to Sami, which was very "do able" in a day but
I wouldn't recommend it for kids as they would possibly be bored (us
Mums left the Dads at home with the kids and went on our own!). Lovely villa and lovely location.

MAY 2011: We had a great time. We loved everything about the villa which certainly met our expectations. The directions were good and easy to follow. The pool service was efficient and friendly whilst remaining professional. The location was perfect for us as we had 35 friends and family staying in Lindos and Pefkos and it was just a short hop to either. You have what we consider to be the the best location on the development with lovely views. Our daughter and son-in-law (whose wedding we were attending) stayed in one of the Blue Line villas which was nice . We particularly liked the fridge ice-maker which we used all the time and now don't consider a villa good enough without one!!
In fact, we liked it so much we would like to book again next year to see all the places on Rhodes we didn't have time to go to. The 6th to the 20th June looks free on your availability chart. Please can you quote a price and provisionally reserve those 2 weeks? Linsdsey and family, UK

APRIL 2011: Our stay at your Villa was as expected! No surprises! The property was clean, very modern and in a perfect location. We highly recommend Lindos as the place to stay while visiting Rhodes. The village of Lindos and the Acropolis was just amazing. We also highly recommend renting a vehicle - this enabled us to tour the island, visit ancient Rhodes, the Acropolis and charming villages.
Unfortunately, many restaurants/bars recommended were closed (being in Rhodes just before the tourist season), so we did not have a chance to try them. However, we invite you to visit, or recommend guests to visit a newly opened bar/restaurant - The Lindos Ice Bar - it is situated on the main road, across the street from the entry to the Acropolis. It is a modern, relaxed atmosphere and people can feel "refreshed" at the ice bar (section was not yet opened when visited - it opened for less than a week when visited). We went for an evening for drinks and one morning for breakfast - it is excellent.
I would like to thank you for answering all our questions and for your assistance in renting a vehicule. All of our questions, emails were answered promptly! We were very impressed. Instructions on how to access the villa, location, recommendations for restaurants and places to visit was very useful!

APRIL 2011: Lindos is a really nice place. We really enjoyed it, all the more as it was not yet overcrowded.
The house is great, spacious, pleasant and well furnished; the pool was warm enough for the kids and some of the adults to dive in. Thanks to your instructions we took advantage of the Flevaris supermarket and the Pefkos bakery.
But we managed to go to one of the beaches for a swim almost every day. THANKYOU, Michel

AUGUST 2010: Sorry for the delay in replying. I finish today my holidays and I "forgot" my e-mails. We had a pleasant week in your warm house and we found your informations very useful. The first day the irrigation of the garden was operating many hours but Mark repaired it at once. In fact people responsible for the maintenance were very attentive. We were very comfortable with the pool (esential!), golf night matches with the Wii console and enhanced beberages thanks to the icemaker. The 3 bays trip was splendid.

Thank you for your kindness and congratulations for your house. If you visit Spain (near Catalonia) do not hesitate to call us if you need something.

AUGUST 2010: Just wanted to email you and say what a great time we had. The villa was lovely, well equipped and ideal for our family of 8 people. The location is fantastic and although we didn't have a car we managed to get taxis very easily. I would certainly recommend your home to anyone.

JULY 2010: Thank you the wonderful time that me & my family spent in your villa Andreas. It is the first time that I have been to this particular area of Rhodes. But it will not be the last.
I will recommend your holiday home to friends etc. It is as you described. A lovely place in an ideal location. I hope I may contact you in the future as I am sure we will return.

JUNE 2010:Still trying to get back up to speed after a superbly relaxing holiday. The villa was everything we thought it would be and we enjoyed every minute of our stay there. The two youngsters were absolutely in their element; if they weren't in the pool they were insistent on watching the Sound of Music from which they now know every song. I've never seen 14 consecutive viewings of the same film before, so in one sense it was good to leave just to protect my sanity.
Had a great time visiting Lindos, Pefki, Rodos, and some of the smaller villages in the area. Put on loads of weight because everytime we visited the Pefki supermarket we overindulged on their superb cakes. All in all a great time was had by all, helped by staying in a very nice home.

I'd like to thank you for the courteous and professional manner in which the booking arrangements were conducted.

The villa was superbly equipped and very nicely furnished , the pool and outside areas excellent and in the words of the pool man furnished by someone who wanted renters to feel they were in their own home!

MAY 2010: We have had a fantastic time and we would definitely recommend your villa to our friends. in fact i am already trying to book a return holiday in october just for me, richard and the kids. i think you are fully booked? Also could you quote me for next year, around the same time (may/june) as we are definitely returning next year.

APRIL 2010 We arrived back this morning after the most FANTASTIC week ever.....Thank you soo much for letting us rent your villa.....it was perfect for us as a large family and perfect location for us to travel around the island visiting our friends....
we had contact with a man called mark...he seemed to be the one checking everything was ok etc He was really helpful with local info , he fixed a plug socket that was loose, pool was cleaned and managed while we were there.....top marks for them.
Again as i said your villa was perfect, more than we hoped it would be!
