Superb location & comfort by Beach!:

Unbeatable location: Heart of Romantic Zone and 1/2 block to the Ocean! 1 BR, all brand new, clever design, clean lines and very functional, all services included, privacy, near to every interesting ********'s nearness to the beach and being in the center of the Romantic Zone. It's functional design and every necessary item for a great vacation at the beach. Plus it's gorgeous interior design elements, makes it very chic and sexy at yet very affordable prices ; ) Besides that, being at the ground level floor, provides a lot of privacy from the other units and immediate access to the unit without needing to climb any stairs or pass along other guests. In the living room there is a smart plasma flat screen, with high speed wifi internet so that guests can access any streaming platform to which they are subscribed: Netflix, Hulu, Fox News, HBO Go, etc…

Being so walking distance to the ocean, also to restaurants, beach clubs, bars, coffee shops, boutiques, convenience stores, pharmacies, farmer's market during winter.

I interact with the guests as much as they need. I remain very accesible, provide contact information from me and my colleague, so any time we can take care of any situation, also we use to show availability to assist on transportation if needed, or help providing information, useful tips, recommendations, maybe a tour, etc.

What we love about the neighbor is it's vibrance and chill attitude, very casual and easy way of living, it's fundamental. And seeing still old style ways of local people to take care of their manners, while at the same time this place is becoming an even more cosmopolitan place from the last years to date.

This zone of our location is well communicated with the rest of the city; there are plenty taxi sites to catch whenever needed; and the bus terminal stop is right in this area known as the Old town as well. That's not all, water transportation is very close, at just two blocks on the beach right at the pier there are water taxis to take you to the following beach villages, or provide water tours and water sports activities.

We are flexible at the time of check in, but if the same day of your arrival we have a check out, we will not be able to receive you before 04:00 PM. Check out time is at 11:00 AM, there is no late check out option. As for ELECTRICITY you have 25KW included in the price per night. We will take a photo at the moment of the check in and at the end of your stay. The cost per KW exceeded is $7.95 pesos.

Remember that Vallarta is a living city, in full growth and you could find construction works near the property, Restaurants or bars, with the inconveniences that this entails; our prices will have already been adjusted if that were the case.

Ask for our transportation service from the airport to the apartment, round trip and/or one way trip.

Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
