The interior space of this elegant condominium:

** 1BR master bedroom - Please note this is very spacious unlike other many units as it’s almost 1200 square feet “that’s larger than the regular 2-bedrooms’ size here in this area)! There is one bedroom and one large living room and comes with a full bathroom and its own bed.

The bedroom has a large King Size bed, and the living room comes with a Sofa Bed for 2 persons. There is a lot of room in the closet which comes with storage / drawers for everybody as well as under the bed.

The Bedroom has a window for light overlooking the Sierra Madre mountains and the living room comes with large sliding panoramic windows.

* The condo comes with a modern kitchen and dining area for 4 persons

** Tv with Netflix+ amazon fire with endless stations and movies to choose from

** New quiet AC in each space (1 in the bedroom and 1 in the living room) .

** Shower & Pool towels provided

** 2 full Bathrooms are furnished with beautiful marble countertops and drawers, big mirrors and each bathroom comes with hair dryers, towels, extra bathroom towel racks, toilet paper and soap.

** Full access to an extra-large safe box using keyless codes or a key as you wish

** 2 Brand new smart 4K Ultra HD TVs (one in the living room and one in the bedroom/Netflix+spot channels and movies and much more)

Note: please note this is a one-bedroom large condominium with spacious living room that comes with a sofa bed which suits 2 people comfortably. However, this is not a 2 bedroom, but Trip advisor website lists it as a 2-bedroom condo because they consider the living room that comes with a large sofa bed as a second bedroom. We are unable to delete it or change it as trip advisor platform is not allowing us to do correct , and they informed us that it’s fine because they display the soft bed in the living room as "Beds that aren’t in bedrooms". Which is accurate in our case.

This kitchen combines formal simplicity with high technology and elegant lines and the result is a beautiful design, suitable for any contemporary home. The kitchen has it all; bakeware, cookware and accessories, cooking utensils, a coffee machine, a blender, electric panini and a toaster, a new water filtration system and much more. For an extended stay, this modern kitchen is a true pleasure and experience to cook and entertain.

In the living room there is a pleasant dining room with an elegant table and four chairs, a smart new UHD 60” Samsung flat TV with unlimited access to local and international channels, free and full access to Netflix, high speed wifi internet, telephone with unlimited calls, Ultraviolet Water Purifier, washing machine, microwave, oven, washer and dryer, new and modern refrigerator and more amenities…

A balcony, with chairs and a table, offers beautiful views of the mountains and partial views of the ocean overlooking the vibrant zona romantica area.

First, I would like to highlight that we have never had a customer under thename of Sue Terry. Could you please let us know when and where you stayed, whoyou booked it with, and how many guests were in your party including yourself? It is possible that you have mistaken us for another place or maybe beingunfair in your review. In fact, most of your comments do not match ourcondominium at all!Our unit rents for the same price as the one across from us, yet it is morethan double the size and extremely spacious. There are over 250 five-starreviews about it on Verbo, Google, and Airbnb, all sharing how spacious andlarge this condominium is. Yes, this is a privately owned condominium with notimeshare or hidden fees, offering 100% privacy.There are no sharp turns or hard/firm furniture in our unit. Regarding thetowels, have you asked the host to bring towels before? Obviously not. We providemore than enough towels for our guests. Not only do we have towels in eachbathroom, but we also have way too many comfortable and thick towels in thelarge drawers and under the bed. As for the closet, it has more room anddrawers than two closets from 2 units combined, including a safe box. We offermore amenities than even described on Trip Advisor.Cleaning has never been an issue at all. I double-checked the apartmentafter the cleaning lady finished, as I always do, and have photos to prove it.I don't understand the comments about "dirt behind and under things."This is a new condominium in a new building! I am glad you made good use of our amenities including the parking lot, storage, balcony, rooftop pool and gym. This place is totally underrated and a hidden gem, we don’t get the exposure we deserve, we hope this will help other TripAdvisor valuable users before they book somewhere else and miss out on these benefits and amenities and at no extra cost. Our street is now the number one destination for visitors and even locals where the sidewalks are lined with beautiful boutiques, charming cafes, bars, intimate restaurants, clubs, eclectic coffee shops, grocery stores, and even new clinics where completed located 1 block only away from us , and it’s only 2 minutes walking distance from the beach. Everything visitors need is located under and around our new and secure building, no driving is needed. This area is so tranquil, inspiring with so much to offer and it’s totally safe, and it makes you feel at home. We can’t wait for your next visit to our sunny Puerto Vallarta.
