About the home

Cape Greco Villa enjoys the best of both worlds as it lies half-way between the seaside resort of Ayia Napa, famous for it's nightlife and clubbing, and Protaras, a more family-oriented beach resort. The sandy cove of Konos is only 1 km away, while the beaches of Ayia Napa and Protaras are 1 & 3 kms away.

Garden & Facilities: The villa is situated in a large garden (2,200 sq. metres) full of flowers and fruit trees, including lemon, orange, mandarin, pomegranate, peach and fig trees, as well as grape vines. Guests are welcome to help themselves!

Other facilities include 2 outdoor showers, covered barbecue area and a traditional Cypriot outdoor oven. Full cleaning and pool maintenance once a week.

Local Facilities: Cape Greco Villa enjoys uninterrupted sea views, with a direct view of the Peninsula of Cape Greco. There are several safe and sandy beaches to choose from in the area, the nearest one being Konos beach, only 1 km away.

Young people will love the clubbing scene in Ayia Napa, which rivals Ibiza for it's nightlife, only 3 kms away.
Families will enjoy the quiet resort of Protaras, only 1 km away. Both resorts have a vast choice of restaurants, shops, supermarkets, bars, nightclubs, discos etc.

Car Hire: Both the nearest beach and shops are over 1 km away, so it is essential to hire a car in advance for the whole period of your holiday - we would be delighted to help arrange this for you or recommend some car rental companies to you.

Driving instructions to the villas from Larnaca airport will be provided to you in advance, and we are also available to meet you on your arrival day.

Protaras: Located on the south easternmost coast of Cyprus, Protaras is a popular holiday destination that boasts a fabulous selection of beaches and splendid year round weather.

Family orientated and popular with couples, Protaras offers a variety of hotels, bars, restaurants and leisure facilities to please all manner of holidaymakers. The Protaras / Konnos Bay area

Konnos Bay

Situated four kilometres east of Agia Napa on the road between Cape Greco and Protaras, Konnos is the last beach delineating the boundaries between Agia Napa and Paralimni. One of the most picturesque beaches on the island, it is well sheltered from heavy winds and has practically no waves at all. It is 200 metres long by 35 metres wide and covered with fine golden sand. Water sports, sun bed and umbrella hire are available on site. There are accommodation facilities, restaurants and convenience stores nearby while lifeguards are on duty with lifesaving equipment from 10:00 to 18:00 hours during the bathing season. The beach is accessible by car, motorbike and bicycle, and on foot.

Cape Greco
About 4km to the south of Protaras, the rocky coast of Cape Greco marks lands’ end at the southeast tip of the island. Patrolled by a lighthouse and military installations, the furthest limits of the cape are strictly out of bounds. Further inland however, the cape’s idyllic clear waters are a perfect retreat for snorkelers or swimmers who want to avoid the busy beaches of nearby Protaras.

The villa will be prepared and cleaned immediately prior to your arrival.

Access to the property on the day of arrival will be from 3pm. If you require earlier access this may be possible by previous arrangement.

You must vacate the property by 11am on the day of departure, again, unless other arrangements have been agreed in advance.

There are good discounts available for longer lets of one month or longer. Please ask for details.

A 25% non-refundable deposit is payable on confirmation of booking, with the remaining balance due 4 weeks before arrival. A refundable breakages/damages deposit of €300 per week is required with all bookings, payable on arrival and refunded within 7 days of departure, less any deductions for losses, damage or breakages. This is independently and fairly assessed by the owner.

Payment can be made in EUROS by bank transfer.
