Stunning Sea Front Villa in the heart of Protaras, Private Pool, Large Garden & Panoramic Views!

Villa Aegeus is an absolutely stunning Mediterranean style holiday villa in the centre of Protaras with fantastic and unobstructed sea views. It sits in a privileged sea front position, the sea is just 10 meters from the end of the garden and you can be at a secluded bay within a minutes walk. The property is comfortable, spacious tastefully decorated and is as luxurious as it gets with its high-quality marble finishes in the bathrooms. Distributed over 4 levels there are 6 bedrooms each with its own en-suite facilities, one even has a luxury Jacuzzi bath tub where you can relax and enjoy the sea views at the same time. On a Mezzanine level above the ground floor is a comfortable living room (satellite TV, DVD,stereo system, WiFi) and an additional shower room. The ground floor is open plan and flooded with natural light, here you will find a fully equipped kitchen, dining table and lounge with amazing views to the garden and sea. Patio doors open out to the veranda, barbecue area, pool with Jacuzzi section and huge garden laid to lawn that nearly touches the sea. Villa Aegues is just a short walk to the famous Fig Tree Bay beach and the restaurants, cafes and bars on the "Protaras Strip" making it a perfect choice for a fantastic holiday in sunny Cyprus.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
