This fantastic secluded 4 bedroomed family villa comes with private pool and spa. It can be rented either as two private apartments (both with separate private entrances) or as a large villa. Both apartments are complete with full working kitchens and dining areas. This property has fantastic views overlooking the Hilton Resort and Tobago Plantations alongside the Atlantic Ocean. The occupier has the option of car rental should this be desired (ask for more information), because this is more convenient than using local taxi services to get around the Island.

The Tobago region

Tobago is a small island near the coast of Venezuela, and is home to the oldest protected rainforest in the western hemisphere which covers an area of some 14,000 acres and was declared a "protected crown reserve" in 1776.

The average temperature is approximately 30C all year long, making it a perfect holiday destination. Tobago has one of the largest Brain Corals in the world and as such, is fantastic for diving and snorkling. The region's rainforest can be explored through any number of guided tours.

Prospect, Tobago area

Prospect is a small village, a short distance from Mount Irvine Golf Course and Beach Facilities. Sunday school (this has little to do with religion) is a" must" place to go, as you get to hear the local music and join in the infamous street party.

Pigion Point is where the famous Bacardi advert was filmed and a small fee is required before entering but this resort is a must see and hundreds of people flock here every week. Here is also good for wind surfing and board sailing. This villa is an ideal place to stay in April as the annual Jazz Festival is only a short drive away at Plymouth.

Upper Family/TV area has a bed settee which can sleep 2.

This splits the property so that the upper apartment can sleep 6 adults and the lower 4 adults.

The top floor has a covered veranda with table and chairs seating for 8 people.
Portable BBQ is also provided
The pool has one depth only (4ft) and is NOT suitable for diving.
Shower by the pool must be used before entering the pool to stop contamination.
Pool seating/loungers are also provided- please be warned these seats do get warm.
Sun shades are also provided.
A gardener and pool maintenance.

We require a 25% deposit to secure a booking (non refundable) and balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to travelling.
All breakages to be paid for to local agent.
