Description from the owner

Located in Porto Cervo - Liscia di Vacca - and inserted in an exclusive residential complex with a swimming pool that faces our terrace. It is only a 200 meters short walking distance to the nearby sandy beach. Practical and comfortable, the apartment has a living area with an open space kitchenette, two bedrooms and an elegant bathroom . All the rooms have an air conditioning system and heating. The kitchenette is has all Miele appliances with electric stove top, oven, dish washer and washing machine. The apt has a 22" LG LCD TV sat with DVD. Both the living and master bedroom adjoins the open and spacious fully furnished terrace with breathtaking views of the sea.

All the bedrooms are furnished with French armoires and cabinetry as well as high modern headboards. Master bedroom sleeps two. The junior bedroom has a small standard bed sleeps 1 very comfortably, but can accomodate 2 people. The bathroom is in mother of pearl mosaic with gres porcelain flooring. All flooring in the apartment is in gres porcelain. All accessories (door knobs, showers and bathroom) are Phillip Stark.

Activities nearby include: Pevero Golf Club and resort, you can make reservations at the world class spa 20 meters from the apartment at the Hotel le Palme. There is also a full service restaurant at Hotel Le Palme as well as bar and tabaccherie services. The path of Hotel le Palme takes you to the sandy beaches where you can rent an assortment of activities including: bicycles, snorkelling/ scuba gear, scooters, quads, jet ski, etc.

The location is perfect. Quiet and tranquil, steps from the beach, pool at your doorstep. Two minute drive to supermarkets, restaurants, Porto Cervo Marina, Porto Cervo town, beautiful views, all the comforts and amenities of your home away from home with a touch of luxury.

Maid service is available upon request on a daily or weekly basis for an extra fee.

Dear Lucy, thank you for your review. Again I apologize for the pool that did not open on time but as I said It did not depend on me since the pool is not private but shared pool of the condominium. As a matter of fact I promptly gave you a discount for the inconvenient. As per the internet I sent after your departure a technician and there was a configuration problem that was fixed. However, beside these inconvenient I hope you had a nice holiday with you family and a safe flight back. Again thank you for your review which helps me to improve my service for future guests.

How do damage deposits work?

If Massimiliano (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
