About the home

Villa Lauroli, a fully furnished holiday villa in Pissouri, Cyprus, provides everything you need for a relaxing family holiday. The holiday villa is ideally situated for the golf enthusiast with the Secret Valley and world renowned Aphrodite Hills Golf Clubs within easy reach.

The terrace, seating area, BBQ and heated swimming pool at the rear of the property afford a stunning view of the surrounding area. Pissouri Beach (a blue flag beach) is a 5-10 minute drive away and offers restaurants, watersports and a dedicated bathing area. As with all villa holidays, car rental is strongly recommended.

Pissouri village square, quiet and somnambulant during the heat of the day, comes alive in the evenings as visitors and villagers gather in a hubbub of small bars and traditional restaurants.

Downstairs wc with basin.The newly equipped kitchen has everything you might expect at home. Fitted with a range of units there is a cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, dishwasher, iron/ironing board as well as plenty of cutlery, crockery and glasses.

The air-conditioned living room is large and comfortably furnished with an open fireplace and double doors leading out to the pool area. The integral dining room comfortably seats 6.

Further details outdoors:
Outside there is a good-sized private swimming pool surrounded by a sun terrace with a small number of beds and a parasol. There is also a sheltered BBQ area.

The views in every direction from the pool area are stunning. The pool is fully maintained and fully visible from the lounge.

The Limassol region

The quite resort of Pissouri, is surrounded by vineyards and beautiful scenery. It is situated midway between Paphos and Limassol. Some of the island's most famous and historical sights are within easy driving distance from this resort with Limassol and Paphos approximately a 30-minute drive away.

And, for those of you who like a round of golf, the Secret Valley Golf is just a short drive away. Not forgetting the wonderful Aphrodite Hills Golf Club, with beautiful views over the Mediterranean Sea is Just 10 Minutes away.
There are several beautiful beaches nearby, including the sandy Avdimour Beach (10 Minutes drive).

Southern Cyprus has year round sunshine, lovely beaches and a diverse selection of cuisines in addition to excellent Cypriot food on offer. The Cypriots are warm, friendly and welcoming people. The majority speak English.

The Pissouri / Pissouri Village area

Set in the south west of the Island and flanked by Limassol and Paphos, Pissouri is a haven of calm. Neither fashionable, nor brash, Pissouri retains the charm of a traditional Cypriot village, while still being able to provide everything you need for a relaxed and varied family holiday.

Characterful buildings huddle around the tightly curving streets of the old village, while slightly further out, the newer developments take advantage of the magnificent views. The village square, quiet and somnambulant during the heat of the day, comes alive in the evening as visitors and villagers gather in a hubbub of small bars and traditional restaurants.

The beach at Pissouri Bay, a blue flag beach, is a 5 minute drive away. The protected bay curves in either direction and the gradual slope of the beach makes it ideal for children. There is a small selection of watersports and sunbeds for hire. Behind the beach, an assortment of shops and restaurants cater for the daytime and evening visitors. Pissouri Bay has a younger, more tourist led feel than the square, but is still a far cry from the traditional image of a tourist 'resort'.

Pissouri is situated 20 kilometres from Paphos airport and the journey will take approx 20-25 minutes. The journey from Larnaca airport is 110 kilometres and should take approx 60-70 minutes.

A detailed map along with written directions will be sent prior to departure. We can also give you the contact details of a reputable local car hire company who will meet you at the airport and drive you back to the villa. Alternatively, there are several car hire desks located at Paphos/Larnaca airports.

Prices are based on period of rental for 6 sharing, and are quoted in British Pounds, however payment can also be made in Euros at rate agreed with owner.

Discounted rates are available for 2-3 sharing

The villa would be fully prepared for your stay and includes a welcome pack of essential items, but it does not include any further cleaning or laundry services during your stay, although these could be arranged (at extra cost) if you require them.

Changeover days are flexible. Arrival check in is normally 4pm and departure

check out is 11am but times can also be flexible.

Booking notes

25% non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance payable

4 weeks prior to arrival date.

Arrival dates will be secured only upon receipt of cleared funds.
