The Villa boasts a luxurious, spacious living and dining area, elegantly decorated throughout and a fully equipped kitchen. Lounge features comfortable leather sofas and arm-chair, TV and DVD player.
There are air conditioning units in all bedrooms , kitchen and living area, which can be used for both heating and cooling and which are included in the price. A safety deposit box, hair-dryer and all linen and bathroom towels are provided. Two baby cots, a high chair and a bouncy chair are provided upon request.

The master and 2nd bedroom have double beds and balcony with open views. The other two bedrooms have twin beds which can be made up as doubles if preferred, full length mirrors, and they both overlooked the large private pool and garden. All bedrooms have bedside tables & lamps. 3 pin plugs so no adaptors required.

The Limassol region

Limassol District is one of the six districts of Cyprus.
The second largest town, a centre of industry and an important exporting port, lies on the South coast of the island between the two ancient cities of Curium to the west and Amathus to the East.
Modern Limassol is a tourist centre, with numerous hotels and apartment blocks in the town. It also has a large marina that takes in cruise ships from around the world.

Near the Limassol puplic Gargens is the Limassol district Archeological Museum. It houses an interesting collection of antiquities found in the Limassol area from the Neolithic age to the Roman period.

The Pissouri / Pissouri Bay area

Pissouri Village is one of the most attractive, friendly villages in south-west Cyprus. It is situated in the principal vine growing area with sultana grape vines covering the surrounding countryside.
This south-facing village, set high up on the hillside about 305 metres above sea level, commands a magnificent view of 32kms of Mediterranean coastline. To the south and east there are panoramic views of the coast, across vineyards, olive and carob trees and to the north one can see the majestic Troodos Mountains. Pissouri is situated just off the main Paphos to Limassol road.
It has a unique and attractive chararcter loved by all visitors. The Cypriot character has been retained and it is still very much a working village. Visitors can find almost anything they need in the village.
Here you will find true Cypriot hospitality. The centre of the village you will find the village square. The square has been pedestrianized with stone cobbled floors and has beautiful water fountains. This is real Cyprus with real Cypriots and a real traditional feel. The square is perfect for a lunch time snack, a gourmet meal or if you are up for it, a huge traditional meze . This village has it all & the views are breathtaking. You will be absolutely spoilt for choice when it comes to eating out! Try one of Pissouri’s famous courtyard restaurants where your setting is in an enclosed private garden or dance the night away in own of the towns lively pubs. There is definitely something for everyone in this lively little town.

Nature lovers will be delighted by the diverse species of native flora and fauna. There are more than 40 different species of orchids in vibrant colours waiting to be discovered. And the impressive white cliffs to the east of
the bay are a well-known nesting ground for Griffon vultures.

Pissouri Bay is a beautiful blue flag beach a few minutes away from the villa and there you will find plenty of water sports available, some paragliding for those a bit more daring wind and kite surfing lessons available daily.

Pissouri Bay offers a varied range of good value restaurants and bars to help you enjoy the night life and once a week you can enjoy the local culture at the Cyprus night.

Cyprus is blessed with perfect weather. The Mediterranean climate provides sunshine year round.
Early October daytime temperatures 25-28 deg C. March will average 19-21 deg C but it can be cooler in the evenings so take a jacket or wrap. August temperatures can rise to 38 deg C, January daytime average is around 12-15 deg C. November temperatures will average 20 deg C.

Easyjet fly from Manchester or Gatwick most days throughout the year. All major airlines fly into the Cyprus airports of Larnaca and Paphos from every part of the UK and Europe. Pafos Airport is only 20 min drive with low cost carriers flying in from the UK on a daily basis.
Larnaka International Airport is only 1hr away and there is flight access from a multitude of major European hubs as well as several low cost carriers.
There are several car hire companies at the airport which are open 24hrs.
Also there are always local taxis available.

November 2011 - An unforgettable holiday !!!!!
We have had a wonderful time, enhanced by the opportunity to stay in a villa which satisfied all our expectations.
It proved to be a fabulous family home for the two weeks we stayed. ( we wish we could stay longer) The Villa itself has everything you need and to a very high standard, from the inside to the outside where you can relax. The weather was delightfull and we had lots of fun in your pool playing basketball. The restaurants are great, we have also have a barbeque, we would not normally have a barbeque in november. Thank you so much for letting us stay at your fantastic villa and resort.

Bayview Villa, is, without doubt, a fantastic place to stay. Pissouri Bay is a small and friendly area which boasts a variety of restaurants and shops, all within walking distance. The beach, with many water sports is also within walking distance. The villa itself lends itself well to both adults and children. It is spacious and well set out and boasts a great outside dining area, sitting area, pool with plenty of sunbeds and lovely gardens. We would have difficulty finding other accommodation so suited to our needs and within the price range of Bayview. Koulla and Michael are excellent hosts. They work hard to maintain their villa to the highest standards and go out of their way to ensure that you have the best holiday. Pissouri Bay is an ideal location for sightseeing and visiting places of interests. It nestles between Paphos and Limmasol with areas of interest all around. Our family have had two wonderful holidays in Bayview and are looking forward to a third! To find a villa in such a convenient location to house a family of eight without us feeling overcrowded was absolutely wonderful. I would highly recommend Bayview to any family of any age group. A truly magnificient villa to stay in. thank you Koulla and Michael for allowing us to stay and have the perfect family holiday in your villa. We might book again

Bayview villa is what we were looking for, relaxing and ideal location, close by restaurants and other facilities, beach, water sports.
We spent two incredible weeks and we barely left the villa. It surpassed all our expectations.
Villa just as in pictures, very comfortable, superbly equipped, it has everything you need, and I liked that in the fridge we found some drinks and first essential to eat , and of course the cool wine !!! In the cupboards we found some of the basics (washing liquid, pasta, herbs, bread, corn flakes etc) which made us feel much more homely and welcoming.
The pool was regularly maintained whilst we were there, a big hit with the kids who hardly left it when we were 'home'. The garden was very nice and big with smelly roses. We spent most of our time by the pool & had several barbecues. We also ate at a few of the local restaurants & thoroughly enjoyed the Cyrpus Night with singing & dancing till midnight.
What stood out for me was the quality of everything. Have stayed in numerous villas and some of the linen, utensils etc etc have been dire but every sheet on the bed was extremely clean/fresh and new, and the villa was spotless clean.
The area is sooo relaxing , we could hear the sea from the villa, it is so close.
All in all, I don't see how anyone could be disappointed with staying here - we will DEFINITELY go back again.

Thank so much for allowing us to stay in your wonderful villa. The welcome pack went down very nicely and we had a great time inventing games in the swimming pool. We attended a wedding at the Columbia beach hotel, went scuba diving, went to the water park in paphos which was great fun and had a go on the banana boat and air head ! The highlight for all of us was the amazing food at Limanaki restaurant. The chef made the effort to meet us all and even prepare us breakfast for our last day!! We will definately return again and we will recommend your lovely / spotless clean villa to all our friends and family.

La maison est très confortable ,lumineuse, très bien équipée, la literie est bonne.
Très bon accueil ( à l'arrivée, le frigo était presque plein .. ) les propriétaires sont très discrets et attentifs.
Nous avons partager la maison à 4 couples d'amis sans se géner.
l'emplacement est idéal, en quelques minutes , on peut être à la plage ou àux superettes. Pour visiter l'ile, Pissouri est assez central, et assez proche de l'autoroute limassol paphos.

We were looking for a relaxing holiday and that is what we received at Bayview villa.
The villa it really was 5* - very clean and well maintained. We had a great time and the weather was wonderful.

I booked it due to previous reviews on the site and the feedback from other guests and noticed most mention the pool which is fantastic.
There were 6 adults plus a 15 month old and the villa was ideal as it was very, very spacious and well serviced with bathrooms and kitchen.

There was a complimentary welcome pack with a bottle of wine chilling in the fridge on our arrival - greatly appreciated!
It was tastefully furnished to a high standard. A big plus was the swimming pool which was very large for a private pool.

The villa was in spacious grounds with ample sun beds and patio chairs and tables plus a very good bbq. The views from the villa of the sea was breath-taking.
We would highly recommend both the villa and the service provided by Koulla and Michael.

Villa just as in pictures, very comfortable with all amenities, lovely decor, very comfortable beds.
The bathroom was spotless and hot water was always available. There is air conditioning in the bedroom and living areas.
The kitchen facilities were more than adequate and there was plenty of cookery and cutlery.

I can't express how pleased we were with your villa. It was wonderful to know we had such a comfortable abode to return to.
Overall we had a lovely trip and we would definitely return to Bayview villa.

Wow!!!
Our family of 6 - aged between 8 weeks and 66 years - just spent a lovely week in this beautiful villa. It surpassed all our expectations. It is a beautifully appointed property in pristine condition, in a quiet area within easy walking distance of the beach and all amenities of the bay. Every detail seems to have been thought through, even down to the welcome pack of food and drinks - most welcome at the end of a long journey. We enjoyed our stay here so much that we barely left the villa, and in fact stayed one night longer than planned! We will definitely be returning next year.

Perfect Holiday!! 11 - 18 July 10

My family and I had the most wonderful holiday in this villa, the pool was a great favourite with the children who didn't want to leave. The village was lovely and in a great location for visiting both Limasol and Paphos and the surrounding areas. Everyone was very friendly in Pissouri the locals got to know the children very well and they received a lot of free ice-creams from various shopkeepers. I would recommend to anyone with a family and one of my friends is already looking to book. The facilities were home from home and as we had a baby with us as well was just what we needed.
Thank you for a lovely stay in your villa. We hope to come again and would definitely recommend the villa.

Excellent - Excellent Holiday !!!! - June 10

We had a fanstastic holiday at the Villa. The accommodation is superb, very clean, modern and comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped. The pool area was lovely with a great covered area for when the sun got too hot. Very close to the beach, just a short amble along the road past some local tavernas. We had 7 adults and 1 child staying and we didnt feel crowded at all - there was plenty of space. The villa was so lovely my parents wanted to buy it!!!! Very relaxing holiday - highly recommend!

We found everything was very clean and tidy on arrival.We really appreciated the items that had been left in the fridge and cupboard for our use. We were impressed with the thorough cleaning in the middle of the visit.
We loved the garden and swimming pool and appreciated that they were regularly maintained.
It was lovely for us to see quite a lot of Cyprus as well as to have such a lovely place to stay as Bayview Villa.
The villa offered excellent facilities and had more plates and glasses when compared to other self-catering accommodation we have experienced elsewhere.

What a great place, fantastic location, lovely pool area and just everything we needed to make our break just perfect.. We loved the villa - very comfortable and stylish , it is like home from home, but so much more luxurious. It's great to be able to BBQ if you want an evening on the terrace but there are also lots of lovely restaurants to visit very near by. We loved everything about the holiday and once again Thank You.
Would recommend to anyone who wants a break where they can please themselves and totally relax.

What a fantastic villa! An excellent resort.
Firstly, a BIG thank you for making our holiday so relaxing and enjoyable.
The villa was superb, spotless and exceeded our expectations.
It was immaculately clean and tidy when we arrived and very roomy due to the excellent design of the property.
The groceries on arrival were very welcome and a nice touch. We found the owners to be both extremely friendly and helpful. The villa is situated in an ideal location to travel and see the sights.
We all had a lovely time. The children spent a lot of the holiday in the pool. We were delighted.
All the amenities we could want were just a few steps away.
We actually could not fault the villa at all!! It was perfect for our needs and exactly what we hoped for.
Once again we wanted to thank you for making our stay so pleasurable.

Most liked: The Bayview Villa is beautiful. It has everything you could wish for in the kitchen! The bedrooms are clean and well presented and what a difference the airconditioning machines make in the evenings. The outdoor area and pool are fantastic. We had BBQ's on the outdoor rotating grill a couple of evenings which was very authentically Greek!! Thank you for helping to make our trip so great!
