The villa has 2 bedrooms, 1 double with en suite shower room, balcony with views of the sea and air con, 1 twin with en suite shower room also with balcony with great views of the sea and aircon. Downstairs, the living area is open plan which makes the room very light and airy the kitchen contains everything you need for an enjoyable holiday, the dining area comfortably seats four and there is room for a highchair, the lounge area has 2 comfy sofas where you have great views over the pool and garden. There is an outside dining area for those lovely warm summer evenings and a large brickbuilt BBQ.

This villa is in an ideal location for families, couples looking for a romantic holiday or anybody who just wants to get away and relax.

The Limassol District

This is a beautiful place to visit, not so built up as other areas. The Troodos mountains are well worth a visit, there are some great walks, really nice restaurants to try and also they are a lot cooler in the summer and you can ski them in the winter. There are some pretty villages to visit, Omodos being a particular favourite where you can barter for some really ornate tablecloths of lace or visit the the shop where they blow their own glass: the designs are fantastic and so unique they make great presents and of course you cant visit the area unless you have a meze.

Some of the village restaurants are such good value you will want to return. For those amongst you that like their history we have some good sites to visit: one of the nicest is at Kourion as well as having the best and safest beach in the area, it also has horseriding and yet another good restaurant right on the beach.

Pissouri / Pissouri Bay area

Pissouri has a beautiful blue flag beach just minutes away from the villa where you will find plenty of watersports, a bit of paragliding for those a bit more daring For the ladies the local spa will pamper you after a hard day sunbathing and at night, if you dont fancy cooking and eating on your own terrace there are plenty of good value restaurant/bars to tempt you and on Friday you can have good fun at the local Cyprus night but dont eat too much!

The village is well worth a visit if only to see the views back down over the bay the local amphitheatre has regular entertainment throughout the seasons, plays, military bands and folk dancing and again there are some really good bars and restaurants to choose from.Christmas is a lovely time here in Cyprus not as commercial as the Uk many restaurants stay open during this time and New Year aswell as do both the Columbia Hotels where when booked early enough you can eat a lovely buffet or enjoy a great New Years party

How to get there

To get the best deals check the airlines that fly regularly to Cyprus these include Firstchoice, Thomsonfly, Monarch, GBairways (soon to be Easyjet) and flythomascook.
These fly to Paphos and Larnaca where you will be able to hire a rental car or a taxi

The lounge area has a tv, there is sky satellite, cdplayer, dvdpayer hifi/radio with an ipod attachment, a playstation 2 console with some games, assortment of books,dvds and board games.

There are 2 aircon units downstairs and a toilet. You can hire a cot and highchair at 8.50 euros per item per week payable locally and access to the internet is payable locally

Outside there is a dining area, on the terrace, set under a pergola for shade which looks directly over the pool and BBQ area the garden is well established and very private there are sunbeds for you to relax on the pool is 4x9m and not heated.There is off road parking from the private road and it is fenced to keep the little ones safe

There is a 25% deposit of total cost of villa, non -refundable payment, when booking so make sure your flights are booked and a refundable breakages/damages payment of £100.The villa is STRICTLY NO SMOKING, it will be permitted outside
