About the home

Villa Louiza is in one of the best locations in Pissouri only 0.2km.(approx) from the beach, not only can you see the sea you can hear the sea. The villa has 2 bedrooms, 1 double with en suite shower room, balcony with views of the sea and air con, 1 twin with en suite shower room also with balcony with great views of the sea and aircon. Downstairs, the living area is open plan which makes the room very light and airy the kitchen contains everything you need for an enjoyable holiday, the dining area comfortably seats four and there is room for a highchair, the lounge area has 2 comfy sofas where you have great views over the pool and garden. There is an outside dining area for those lovely warm summer evenings and a large brickbuilt BBQ.

This villa is in an ideal location for families, couples looking for a romantic holiday or anybody who just wants to get away and relax.

The lounge area has sky satellite TV (English freeview channels), dvdpayer, hi-fi with iPod attachment, a Playstation 2 games console with several games, assortment of books,dvds and board games.

The villa has free air-conditioning throughout subject to a fair usage policy (occupied rooms only, doors/ windows closed and not left on when out). We have a cot and highchair if required at no extra cost.

Outside there is a dining area, on the terrace, set under a pergola for shade which looks directly over the pool and BBQ area the garden is well established and very private there are sunbeds for you to relax on.The pool is 4x9m with a roman end and a garden shower.There is off road parking from the private road and it is fenced to keep the little ones safe

Please bring your own pool/ beach towels as they are not provided.

Conditions

There is a 25% deposit of total cost of villa, non -refundable payment, when booking so make sure your flights are booked and a refundable breakages/damages payment of £100.The villa is STRICTLY NO SMOKING, it will be permitted outside. The villa will be available on the day of arrival from 4pm and must be vacated by noon on departure day.We can be more flexible on this if they are not changeover days.

The Limassol region

This is a beautiful place to visit, not so built up as other areas. The Troodos mountains are well worth a visit, there are some great walks, really nice restaurants to try and also they are a lot cooler in the summer and you can ski there in the winter. There are some pretty villages to visit, Omodos being a particular favourite where you can barter for some really ornate tablecloths of lace or visit the the shop where they blow their own glass: the designs are fantastic and so unique they make great presents and of course you cant visit the area unless you have a meze.
The city of limassol is about a 25 min drive away with a vast choice of shopping including the brand new 'My Mall' shopping centre and the fantastic Fasouri waterpark. The town of paphos is also about a 25min drive in the opposite direction and is a popular and well known tourist centre, with its own harbour, and endless bars and restaurants.

The Pissouri / Pissouri Bay area

Pissouri bay has a beautiful uncrowded blue flag beach just approx 150 metres away from the villa where you will find plenty of watersports(CHRIS WATERSPORTS)for family fun.jetskis,towables,waterski, boat trips. For the ladies the local spa will pamper you after a hard day sunbathing . if you dont fancy cooking and eating on your own terrace there are plenty of good value restaurant/bars to tempt you and on Friday you can have good fun at the local Cyprus night but dont eat too much!

Pissouri village is a short drive away and is a must see traditional cypriot village, sleepy in the daytime and bustling in the evening with great restaurants, bars and a fantastic 'cyprus night' every wednesday(don't forget to book). There are 3 banks in the village all with ATM's and an internet cafe. There is also a modern openair ampitheatre with breathtaking views of pissouri bay and stretching as far as Limassol with regular entertainment throughout the season.
