Renovated ancient manor just outside the historical center of Otricoli (60km from Rome, 3 kilometers from the A1 motorway, exit Magliano Sabina) rented for holidays from end June 2021. A perfect mix of old and new, it has all the modern amenities you could need such as air-conditioning and Wi-Fi, alongside fantastic antiques such as an old millstone once used for producing olive oil. All the windows have a wonderful view over the garden and the Tiber valley which has inspired many Artists and poets. The 250 square meters house is on three levels and laid out as follows: on the ground floor there is an air-conditioned large hall, two bedrooms with two single beds each and a bathroom with bath/shower. At the top floor there are two large double bedrooms with air conditioning, double beds and en-suite bathrooms with bath/shower, a large living room with a flat tv, sofa, air conditioning and a fireplace. At the lower floor there is a spacious kitchen with an antique millstone for olive oil, a fireplace and access to the garden with swimming pool and gazebo with table for 8 persons. The kitchen is equipped with oven, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle and a wooden table for 8 persons. Baby cot and highchair available upon request for free. The swimming pool area is equipped with deck chairs and sunbeds. Wi-fi connection available at all the tower levels.
There is a grocery store at 100 meters from the property and a minimarket in the twon center of Otricoli at 300m. Bigger supermarkets are in Narni Scalo (18km), Magliano Sabina (9km) and Moricone (8km). There are 2 wineries nearby, the Santo Iolo winery is at 3,5 kms from the property and Cantina la Madeleine is at 2,6km. The Archaeological Park of Ocriculum is at 1,5km from the property.
