" House decorated in style from an old master carpenter with forniture TYPICAL hard wood (some antiques) and trussed breathtaking, recently renovated. Area overview. Suggestive additional indoor and outdoor furniture in wrought iron of local handicrafts (appliques, chandeliers, lamps, railings. Room, bedroom, bathroom and washing machine with large living room with kitchenette. Caminetto with wood stored in a warehouse will close on the terrace. PARKING PRIVATE COVERED , useful also because parking near the old town of Orvieto are few, almost all pay and with narrow alleys reachable. BIG EXCLUSIVE TERRACE 32 mq.con table, chairs, wooden rocking chair, separated by walls and hedges. A large pergola provides shade and privacy in the terrace surrounded by walls and hedges with a pound banister. NEIGHBORS U.S. owner lives and we are naturally available from tips and brochures to visit the territory. We are aware of the need for autonomy and privacy. Even if it is quiet in a quiet area statistically, we installed the blinds armored. THE AVERAGE PRICE OF EURO 350.00 WEEKLY little to fear.     Gentile ospite, scrivo in italiano perchè so che lo parla molto bene. Mi fa molto piacere che abbiate apprezzato la posizione e la singolarità artistica dell'appartamento. Cerchiamo di offrire il meglio di quanto la tradizione locale ci ha consegnato e di interpretare quanto possibile ogni suggerimento degli ospiti. Chi viene in compagnia di un cane poi, apprezza necessariamente la passeggiata archeologica/verde che passa proprio qui sopra. Avete fatto molto bene ad evidenziare questo importante particolare perchè in due minuti a piedi ci si trova immersi nella storia e soprattutto nel verde. Se si vuole si può perfino usare questa passeggiata per raggiungere il centro storico, senza utilizzare gli altrettanto vicini ascensori e scale mobili. Grazie infinite per la splendida recensione e mi auguro di avervi ancora qui. Fausto.

    Gentilissimi Angela, Claudio, Totò e Balù, le vostre recensioni molto positive erano state anticipate pienamente di persona. Per noi rappresenta motivo di grande soddisfazione in quanto : - riusciamo a gestire il tutto a livello familiare senza spese. - trasmettiamo il gusto per un arredamento di artigianato locale frutto della capacità di Maestri ormai quasi scomparsi. Se tutto questo riesce a fondersi con lo "spirito" di Orvieto e del territorio e riesce a far "star bene" gli ospiti.....abbiamo centrato l'obiettivo. Come avete visto, ho dei cani anche io e gli stessi mobili in legno massiccio difficilmente avrebbero problemi con cani peraltro abituati a stare in casa.     Gentili ospiti, vi ringrazio per l'ottima recensione. Descrive correttamente in maniera esaustiva le particolarità positive di "Casa Serafina". Ricordo molto bene la vostra presenza, anche se non certo recente, e il vostro entusiasmo per la struttura e per la Città di Orvieto. Mi farebbe molto piacere avervi nuovamente come ospiti. I prezzi restano, nel 2014 e anche nel 2015, gli stessi. Termino parlando anche dei materassi. Nel frattempo sono stati sostituiti con altri più rigidi, pur consapevoli che è difficile soddisfare i gusti di tutti. Sono stati anche modificati diversi arredi. Soprattutto la cameretta risulta pertanto adesso più ariosa e comoda. Vi ringrazio ancora e spero di vedervi presto. Fausto. Casa Serafina. Orvieto.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
