About the home

This accommodation is a fully air-conditioned two bedroom apartment situated on the 3rd floor, you may rent this apartment as a one, or two bedroom see table rates.

The Apartment is tastefully furnished to a high standard, within the grounds there is a beautiful large communal swimming pool for residents and guests.

Situated in five acres of tropical trees, well-maintained grounds, landscaped and lots of lush tropical flora, on the Ocho Rios Bay, a stone's throw from the beach, gleaming white like a sliver of the Moon.
Living and Dining Room tastefully appointed. Air-conditioned and also equipped with a portable floor fans.

There is a cosy table and two chairs on the balcony which provides panoramic views.

24 hr security.

Our housekeeper will meet and greet you upon arrival and agree with you the times for her to perform her duties on alternate days and will give you your keys. Her duties include general cleaning of the apartment, doing the dishes, and changing linen.

There is easy access to all local amenities and entertainment including, restaurants bars and shopping.

On your arrival at Turtle Beach Towers.... you will be greeted by...the meet and greet representative who will show you to the apartment, make sure you are aware how everything operates, and will give you your keys .....

Please note a key deposit is required...usually to be paid on arrival

A welcome pack awaits you which consists of the Famous blue mountain cofee, and tea, milk and sugar..

Conditions
When reserving your dates a 30% deposit is required... a receipt will be issued once received
and the balance due a month before arrival.
No smoking is permitted in the apartment....but please feel free to smoke on the balcony. Thankyou

Master Bedroom features a queen bed and en suite with tub and shower.
Bedroom Two features twin beds and the bathroom is adjacent, enabling access from the living room without the need to go through the bedroom. Cable television in both bedrooms.
Safe deposit box in each bedroom.

Large dining table which seats six people and has additional sleeping area for two people
Kitchen - Modern appliances, oven, cooker, fridge freezer, microwave and kitchen utensils for those wishing to do their own cooking.

The person submitting the Reservation Form is called the Party Leader. He or she must have the authority to contract on behalf of all other persons utilizing the accommodation and other services booked. By submitting the Reservation Form, the Party Leader is stating that all persons utilizing our services have accepted these Terms and Conditions. The Party Leader will be responsible for the full cost of accommodation and other services contracted.

Confirmation
A Confirmation with all necessary details will be issued and sent to the Party Leader who is responsible for keeping other members of the party informed. Our responsibility is to provide the accommodation and other services that you have booked with us. Please check your Confirmation carefully to ensure that you have been confirmed for what you intended to book. We reserve the right at our absolute discretion to refuse your booking, in which case we will refund in full any money you have already paid us.

What Is And Is Not Included
Rates include current local taxes, staff salaries, cost of water and electricity, cleaning and household supplies. The accommodation is fully furnished and equipped with all necessary linen, and bath towels, dishes, utensils, tissue paper. Rates do not include any insurance, flights, airport charges, car rental, transportation or personal laundry.

The maximum number of persons allowed is five. Under no circumstances will more persons be allowed to occupy the accommodation than the number stated on the Confirmation. An infant (i.e. a child who is less than two years old) may share a bedroom at no extra charge.

Payments
A reservation may only be confirmed when a 30% deposit has been received. The balance is due no less than 30 days prior to the start of the booking period. If the booking is made less than 30 days prior to the start of the booking period, the entire amount is due immediately.

We highly recommend that travel / holiday insurance is obtained.

Refunds
Your payments will only be refunded if we are unable to provide the services or accommodation (e.g. damage to the property) in which case you get a full refund; There is no refund under any circumstances for any unused portion of booked accommodation or services. Cancellation of your booking may result in the forfeiture of your payments.

The North Jamaica Coast region

The apartment is within close proximity to the many attractions of Ocho Rios such as: Dunn’s River Falls, Dolphin Cove, Fern Gully, Green Grotto Caves, Camel Safari, Prospect plantation tour, Cranbrook Flower Forest and Carinosa Gardens.

Within a short distance you can find lots of recreational activities including golf, tennis, horse back riding, polo, scuba diving and various water sports. The enticing restaurants and native markets make shopping for souvenirs an adventure.

The Ocho Rios area

We are close to the spectacular Dunns River Falls which is a must when visiting Jamaica. Clear mountain water cascades down 600 feet as groups work their way up hand in hand like a human daisy chain.

Book an excursion on "Cool Runnings" a boat at Turtle Beach and enjoy the trip which also includes snorkelling and all the rum punch you can drink - just join in the fun.

Swim with bottle nosed dolphins at Dolphin Cove. This beautiful natural cove is surrounded by four acres of lush tropical rain forest.

Be one with nature and explore the unspoilt beauty of the breathtaking views of the mountains where King of Reggae Bob Marley lived in a 2 bedroom shack in a place called Nine Mile and where his resting place is today.

Visit Green Grotto Caves which played an important role in Jamaican history, when the Arawak Indians used them for shelter and as a haven for runaway slaves.

We are also close to Reggae Beach, Mahogony Beach, James Bond Beach Shaw Park. Prospect plantation, and Turtle Park.

There are lots of shops, restaurants and night life close by, including Taj Mahal duty free shopping centre and Island village.

Near by night clubs include, Amnesia, Just Chairs, Margeriterville and Shades.

Priory beach has an event and dance every Sunday.

Oceans 11 bar/restaurant is just two minute walk away and has regular live entertainment and Karaoke.

“Fantastic apartment!” Sorry for the late review...was browsing and saw a negative review which prompted my reply. I stayed at the apt for 2 weeks in May last year and i honestly didnt have a problem. Annette is wonderful and extremely polite and helpful nothing is too much trouble for her. The apt itself is clean and has everything you need. Communication with Jackie is excellent and she goes out of her way to make sure your stay is exactly how you want it. We had a fantastic 2 weeks extremely memorable and i would stay there again. Ideal location and all amneties available. What more can i say ....i loved it , it was perfect! am sorry to disagree with the negative responder but i did not see it how u did! Ive been to jamaica many times and i thoroughly enjoyed my stay there. Beautiful place and beautiful people. Thanx Jackie Response: Thank you, We appreciate such positive feedback

“Really nice house keeper but apartment poor value for money” We stayed in apartment 43c Turtle Towers for 2 weeks - although the housekeeper was lovely we were very disappointed with the apartment. The bathroom and kitchen were both of very poor standard... more

We had a wonderful stay in Jamaica. The place was wonderful. Annette was wonderful and very helpful. There was a few ladies that we had met while wew were in Jamaica that were very interested in you Jamaican Home, so I took them in to show them the place I hope that you did not mind that I did that. I gave a lot of people your web site too. Annette was the best "home friend" (I don't like to call her the maid) ever, she was an angel. There is a few of us coming back to Jamaica for a week in late april or early May and I was wondering how much the condo is for a week if it is available the time the we go? thank you!

I was a bit apprehensive to book online directly as this was my first time,
however i had solid communication from the owner before during and after my trip
which eased my anxiety. Had a good flight and was ready to see my home away from
home for the next two weeks but this was the first time going to Jamaica for my
friends, and i must say the pictures do not do this place justice. Its bright
airy beautiful and in excellent condition. Beautiful views and smack bang in the
middle of everything so we didnt have to pay for cabs to get around which was a
plus. The Beach was less than 5 minutes away, many food shops and bars to grab a
bite and great clubs a stone throw away. To our surprise there was a house
cleaner which stopped the arguements over the dishes (lol) and cable which was
nice for chilling in the evening. The kitchen was very clean and had all
amenities for us to cook if we chose to (which of course we didnt). The
apartment was secure and had security at the front gate and front desk which
made us feel safe. We visited Dunns River and Mystic Mountain which is a MUST
for anyone in the area, we went tubing and quad biking and again everything
seemed to be quite near which was perfect. Overall we had the time of our lifes
and cant wait to go back. My friends were so happy that i got it right and im
happy they had an excellent time so thank you sooooooooo much for renting us
your apartment and we will definitely be back in the VERY near future. For
ANYONE looking to go to Jamaica you will miss out if you do not book this
luxurious apartment!!!!!
