Villa Limonero has 3 bedrooms /2bathrooms in the main house and 2 bedrooms/1 bathroom in an annex over the mediterranean enclosed courtyard. Making it very versatile. Ideal for a large group travelling together.
The location of Villa Limonero makes it an ideal base for GOLF and BEACH holidays as well as an excellent base to explore this very Spanish area.
This is our home in the sun and as such have equipped the villa both inside and out to the highest of standards.

The Costa de la Luz / Huelva Province region
Nuevo Portil with it's location of only 16km from the regional capital of Huelva is an ideal base for visiting much that this corner of Andalucia has to offer. The excellent road network can take you either to Seville, Aracena or the Donna national park in under an hour.

Nuevo Portil / Nuevo Portil Golf Resort area
Villa Limonero is only 5 minutes walk to a selection of restaurants and shops.
The area is ideal for children the beach is safe as it is protected by a sandbank from the Atlantic winds and waves,there are several beach bars and showers on the beach as well as play areas and a paved promende that runs from Nuevo Portil to El Portil, ideal for an after dinner stroll.
We have been visiting the area for 5 years now and our two boys, 4 and 11 yrs old love nothing better than spending all day on the vast sandy safe beach that stretches for 14 km.
Villa Limonero is well placed to take advantage of the many local golf courses Compared to the western Algarve and the Costa del Sol, Costa de la Luz, Huelva and the Eastern Algarve are as yet “undiscovered.” Green fees are lower, the courses less crowded and less busy, making it much easier to get a start time that you want and to play a round in reasonable time and without delay.
Nuevo Portil,the course offers 18 golf holes par 71 in it’s 5841 metres lay out. Small slopes and some dog legs make it perfect to walk and very entertaining. Excellent facilities- training field close to hole 1, large putting green and chipping green. Golf club rental, private or group lessons, manual or electric trolleys. El Rompido, golf course is only 5 minutes by car.
Islantilla 27 hole championship golf course is only 15 minutes drive away,Bellavista,10 minutes drive. Isla Canela and Real club de golf de Seville. and many other courses within a 30 minute drive and Portugal is only 25 minutes on the motorway for the renowned Castro Marim course.
The local town of Cartaya 8 km away has an Aquapark open in high season and a Carting track(Open year round). Also in the local area there is bike hire, horse riding, boat trips and nature walks and trails.

Further details indoors: LOUNGE/DINING ROOM Double doors from the hall lead into the spacious well furnished and very comfortable lounge with a large leather sofa and armchair, relax and unwind and watch the flat screen TV,DVD or satellite TV via a free view box(does except Sky cards.) or listen to a CD on the Denon stereo system. Large dining table to seat 10.
KITCHEN/UTILITY Open access from the dining area directly into a fully fitted kitchen with top brand appliances and granite work surface. Dishwasher, washing machine, full size fridge freezer, oven and hob along with all the small appliances toaster, kettle, microwave and coffee machine and wide selection of pots and pans and serving dishes . Cutlery and crockery for 10 people and even a pic nic set for days out or just by the pool! The utility area off the kitchen is an ideal area for drying off any washing. Clothes airier, pegs, iron and ironing board.
GROUND FLOOR BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS. There are two twin bedrooms on the ground floor with comfortable beds, pillows and duvets, all top quality imported from the UK and fully fitted wardrobes. These two twin bedrooms share a large bathroom with twin sinks, bath with shower over, bidet and WC. There is a separate WC with washbasin also on the ground floor.
MASTER SUITE/TERRACE A marble staircase leads up to the large master suite, decorated in the French Provencal style with William Morris curtains and cream French furniture including a writing desk and large chair. Fully fitted wardrobes provide ample hanging space and storage. The en suite bathroom consists of twin sinks, bidet, WC and bath with shower over. The south facing patio doors with views onto the fairways lead onto a large private terrace with woven lounges, chairs and a large cream parasol if shade is required.
ANNEX SUITE Across the courtyard from the main house is a small annex, that would be ideal for Grandparents or older children. We decided to be versatile with this annex so it can be used as either a one bedroom luxury suite with a separate lounge or alternatively it may be used as two bedrooms. The layout is as follows on the right hand side after entering is a south facing lounge with patio doors out to the rear terrace, pool and gardens. A leather sofa converts into a double sprung bed, table and 4 chairs and it’s own TV with freeview to receive UK channels, a Sky card can be inserted. There is also a small fridge, kettle, glasses and mugs to give a degree of independence from the main house. The bathroom has a bath with shower over, wash basin, bidet and WC. The rear bedroom has two twin beds and a fitted wardrobe.
Please note we supply white Christy towels in all the bathrooms they are not for pool or beach use as we do provide six large beach/pool towels with each rental.
Further details outdoors: CAR PARKING/COURTYARD. After parking you car/cars under the front garage canopy, access to Villa Limonero is via a large double wooden door leading directly onto the Mediterranean courtyard with all weather woven sofa and large teak table and woven chairs to seat 10 people. Shade if required is provided by 2 large cream parasols. The courtyard is secure and ideal for young children to play without access to the pool.
REAR PATIO/POOL A wrought iron gate takes you onto the large patio, pool and gardens. 6 Teak sun lounges can be arranged as you wish either taking advantage of the south facing aspect in the sun or under a parasol or tree to provide shade. A BBQ is provided for alfresco dining.

On bookings within 10 weeks full payment is required, otherwise 20% deposit and the remainder at 10 weeks.
A £250/€300 security deposit is required, this will be returned when our local agent has completed their check of the Villa .
Arrival time from 16.00hours, departure before 10.00hours, if the villa is required before or after this an extra day must be booked.
All bookings include meet and greet,welcome pack,local pointof contact and air con.
