Flat just finished, every-thing is new, best Location, center nearby the beach and old town, very calme.

Situated on the first floor, without elevator, in a court, one bed-room for 2 peoples, TV , warderobe at entrance and a full-length mirror .Bathroom with shower, washplace and toilette with towels and hairdryer.

The open plan kitchen, with electric glas-ceramic (4 places), fridge and a oven, table and 4 chairs open to a terrasse with view on the Church, situated between Opera and Hotel de Ville, It is in the furthest South west of carrée d' Or, right on the edge of the old town.

close to Cour Saleya, flowermarket, Place Massena with the famous Galerie Lafayette, lots of restaurants, bars, baker and stores.

Beach and the famous promenade des Anglais close to the flat. You don't need a car, Tram and bus nearby, Taxi next-door.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Brigitte (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
