Set in pristine grounds, of the exclusive Royal Westmoreland Estate is the spacious and magnificent Palm Grove, a beautiful residence that is just minutes away from the stunning golden sands of exclusive Royal Fairmont Pavilion, which residents of The Pavilion have exclusive membership to.

This expansive luxurious residence offers amazing style, beautiful relaxing furnishings and opulent finishes. Multiple indoor and outdoor living spaces provide you and your guests with a variety of choices of where to sit, chat or unwind.

The villa boasts a large and perfectly equipped kitchen to ensure you have everything you need and to ensure your stay is as comfortable and relaxing as possible. Enjoy delicious meals in the dining room or eat al fresco on your expansive terrace. The lush high standard grounds of The pavilion contribute to your feeling of well-being – take a dip in your private swimming pool, or just rest on the comfy cushioned sun loungers that surround the pool on the deck area.

There is also a generous space beneath the balcony, which provides perfect shady nooks for time out of the sun.

This exclusive area is well loved and avid golfers will love being close to popular greens, including the Royal Westmoreland Course designed by Robert Trent Jones Jnr and the renowned Green Monkey at Sandy Lane golf course. It is just 4 km to Holetown and 15 km to Bridgetown, with Grantley Adams International Airport (BGI) 29 km away.

Boasting five sumptuous bedrooms, Palm Grove is easily able to accommodate large groups. All suites feature opulent en-suite bathrooms and air conditioning.

One of the many rewards of your stay at magical Pavilon is the use of the beachclub at Royal Fairmont Pavilion with its fine golden shores and water sports available, as well as complimentary sun loungers and inclusive facilities.     How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    How do I edit my booking?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Paul (the owner) a message.

    If Paul (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
