The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
Located on the Costa Blanca half way between Javea and Moraira, Cumbre del Sol is within an area considered by the World Health Organisation to have ‘one of the most environmentally perfect climates in the world.’
Ideally situated for Alicante and Valencia airports, and for Spain's third city of Valencia - host to the America's Cup and the Formula 1 Grand Prix of Europe.
A Golfer's paradise, there are 4 golf courses within 30 minutes.
Moraira / Cumbre del Sol area
Moraira – 10 minutes to this beautiful, characterful town with 2 beaches, a lovely Yacht Marina and a plethora of restaurants and charming street cafés. The quaint bay of El Portet is close by.
Javea - 10 minutes to this popular beach resort with extensive sandy beaches.
Denia – 20 minutes away is this traditional Spanish town with Castle, fishing port, superb sand beaches, shops, restaurants, bars and excellent golf.
Jalon - approximately 20 mins drive inland takes you into the beautiful Jalon and Orba valleys. The Jalon region is internationally renowned for the production of excellent table wines, orange and lemon groves.
Cumbre del Sol is an extraordinary hillside location with it’s own private beach (Moraig beach) - just 5 minutes drive from the villa. It has it’s own shops, restaurants, patisserie, pharmacy, bank and bars within easy reach – some within walking distance of the villa.

Convenient International Airports at Alicante (1 hour) or Valencia (1 hour 15), both an easy journey to Casa Windlenook (mainly motorway)

Further details indoors: Bedrooms - all feature luxury English Divan beds with mattress toppers and Egyptian Cotton linens. The Master En suite is Super King-Sixe (6ft x 6ft6), Silver Bedroom is King-Size (5ft x 6ft6) and Lemon Bedroom has twin beds.
Bathrooms - both the Master En Suite and the Second Shower room feature glass-walled walk in power showers.
The bright and spacious open plan living and dining area is fully equipped for stylish dining and comfortable living. LCD Flat Screen TV with SKY Satellite, Home Theatre surround sound, CD/DVD and iPod docking station for those of you who wish to bring your own music choice! (though a DVD, CD and also Book Library are available!) The villa is equipped throughout with wireless internet access.
All rooms are indivdiually air-conditioned and also feature ceiling fans as an option. For winter, warm-air heating and a contemporary gas fire in the lounge ensure a cosy stay year-round.
Further details outdoors: The lower terrace features the Private Heated Pool, along with sun loungers and pool-side shower. An electric awning provides shade should the sun get a little too much!
The upper terrace provides further loungers for sunbathing whilst gazing out to sea....Also here you will find the covered terrace area (Naya) fully equipped for Al Fresco dining, along with an Outback Gas BBQ.
The views are spectacular from both terraces which face south for maximum sun, and west for enjoyment of the stunning sunsets over the mountains.
Beach chairs and parasols are available for your trips to the lovely local beaches.

Local English Management ensure immaculate presentation for your arrival to 5* standards, and are on hand with help and assistance if required during your stay.
For Special Occasions, a Local Caterer can be booked to cater a lunch/ dinner party / BBQ at the Villa with menus to your taste (chargeable service).
Conditions
The Pool is available Heated year-round, a supplement of £75 per week applies.
Rental periods are Saturday 4pm to Saturday 10am. Short breaks are available during Winter months (November - March) and at other times dependent on availability.
Full Booking Terms and Conditions will be forwarded on request. A 25% deposit is required on booking, with the full balance and a refundable Security Deposit of £250 payable 12 weeks in advance.
