Villa Hermosa is the perfect hideaway for pure relaxation it is situated in the exclusive residential area of Benimeit Moraira. The villa was built in 2004 and was planned by its owners to take full advantage of its commanding position on the hillside with fantastic views of moraira and the beautiful sparkling Mediterranean. Villa Hermosa is perfect for two families with two en-suite master bedrooms and two further bedrooms which share a family bathroom with bath and separate shower. On leaving the dining room & lounge via patio doors there is a balcony with table & chairs to enjoy el-fresco dining with fantastic views.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
Moraira has to be experienced to be able to take full advantage of its unique relaxed, calm, and friendly atmosphere, with diversity of holiday makers coming mainly from all over Europe.
About half an hour’s drive from Moraira is the bustling resort of Benidorm; this offers a water park called Aqualandia and a theme park called Terramitica. These are excellent days out for children and adults alike, information on these can be found in an information folder provided for you within the villa.
Moraira / Benimeit area
The town of Moraira has three excellent blue flag beaches, El Portet is a secluded bay with a sandy beach and showers.the beach bars are a perfect place to end your day and watch the sunset. The two other beaches are in the town of Moraira and have an activity area for children and more beach bars and cafes. There are dive centres in Moraira which offer an assortment of diving areas along the coast. Jet skis can also be hired and there are regular accompanied trips on the jet skis along the coast. There is also a fun fair and a go-karting track suitable for all ages. There is an excellant 9 hole golf course about 10 minutes drive away in Javea, with 2 putting greens, driving range, 2 tennis courts and a large swimming pool & paddling pool. 18 holes 50 euros - 9 holes 30 euros.
The marina in Moraira is one of the best on the Costa Blanca, the club nautico offers an excellent dining and drinking facilities, either for morning coffee, afternoon tea or an evening drink the relaxed atmosphere watching the boats makes home feel a long way away.
Moraira has an abundance of boutiques, jewellery, and home interior shops to browse at your leisure. On Friday mornings there is a market with stalls selling fruit and veg, clothes and nic naks. There is an excellent choice of bars & restaurants, ranging from A' la carte dining to pizzerias, Chinese, Indian, English and of course authentic Spanish restaurants. In the evenings there is also a variety of disco bars for the younger generation!
How to get there
Schedule and budget airlines fly from most airports in the UK to Alicante and Valencia airports, both of which are an approximately 1 hours drive to Villa Hermosa. Car hire is readily available at both airports. A map & directions will be sent with the confirmation of booking, our representatives will meet you at an easy to find cafe and will lead you to Villa Hermosa where they will give you a guided tour of the villa and answer any questions you may have on arrival.

Further details indoors: Situated on the 1st floor is a kitchen, dining room, lounge, separate wc and master bedroom en-suite. The spacious lounge has a typical spanish fire place, and the air-conditioning is suffcient to cool the upstairs living areas. There is freeview sky TV, DVD player, CD player and 2 i-pod docking stations, also provided are books and games. Downstairs there is a futher en-suite shower room to the master bedroom, 2 futher bedrooms, with twin beds and a family bathroom.
Further details outdoors: There is a covered Naya outside with a table and seating for dining and comfortable chairs for relaxing in the shade. Situated at the end of the Naya is a small kitchen with a sink, fridge,2 ring gas hob and a cabinet with non-breakable crockery, also pool and beach toys. On the large patio there is a covered tiled charcol BBQ with sink, 8 sunbeds & table &chairs. There is a large illimunated swimming pool which can be heated in the cooler months, and an unusual curved outside shower. Tucked around the corner of the Naya is a rotary clothes line.

Meet & greet at a local cafe with our english representatives, they will be on site to answer any queries. Welcome pack included when you arrive at the villa which can be upgraded. Weekly clean of villa and bedding, bath and beach towels changed. Extra maid service and ironing service if required. Outside catering, from cooking a meal in the villa to freezer fill. Babysitting service Intercom entry system, buglar alarm and safe. Cot, high chair and 2 stair gates available.
Conditions
A deposit of 20% of rental is required to secure the booking. The balance is due 6 weeks before the start of the holiday. Smoking is not permitted in the villa but there is a large covered naya outside where smoking is permitted. Arrival must be after 2pm and departure no later than 10am.

The price includes all bedding, bath towels and beach towels. For stays of 2 weeks or more, on the saturday all the bedding and towels will be changed and the villa will receive a clean.
