Casa del Erizo is located on a hillside in the exclusive area of l'Arnella in Moraira. This recently built property is set in its own secure grounds with ample car parking space. The villa has three bedrooms and is built on one level. There is a large 10mx5m private swimming pool, patio with sunbeds and a covered dining area. A Mediterranean design shower room with toilet facilities is accessed from outside for use in the pool area. The pool and outside areas are well lit at night making pleasant surroundings for you to dine out or simply enjoy a glass of wine.

Moraira / Arnella area
The unique town of Moraira is less than five minutes away by car. Narrow streets of small boutiques, bars and restaurants lead from the town square.
A stone monument separates the golden beach and the rare wildlife in the nature reserve from the elaborate boats in the harbour. On Fridays, there is a lively atmosphere as shoppers make their way to the weekly market to purchase some of the the freshest local produce.
Attractions... Towns -Benissa The main road through Benissa is filled with shops along both sides of the street. Away from the main road you can sit by the church in the town square or visit one of the cafes and enjoy a cold drink under the sun.
-Calpe This very Spanish town offers a long, golden beach, shopping, cafés and restaurants as well as a beautiful harbour and a weekly market. Calpe is a good place to enjoy lunch
Sports -Golf There are golf courses in most of the nearby towns including Moraira, Javea and Denia
-Tennis The tennis court is a short drive from the villa
-Gym There are gyms nearby, the nearest being in Teulada

Further details indoors: The spacious lounge has a round walk in bay which overlooks the swimming pool. There are two comfortable leather sofas, two matching glass coffee tables and a marble fireplace. This room has a ceiling fan/light extra wall lighting and lamps. Satellite TV with UK stations and DVD player are available with a small selection of DVDs - don`t forget to bring your own DVDs if you wish. A patio door leads to the outdoor covered eating area which comfortably seats six persons.
An archway leads to the adjoining, exquisitely furnished dining room which has a designer glass table and six leather chairs. Another patio door leads onto a small shady balcony which looks out over the hillside beyond.
Following through from the dining room is a spacious fully fitted kitchen, with black granite work surfaces and dark grey units. The kitchen has a built in oven and microwave, an electric hob, a washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. You will find ample crockery, cutlery, glassware and cooking utensils.
The three double sized bedrooms (two with en-suite facilities) each have twin beds and large fitted wardrobes with storage. The main bedroom has air conditioning and the two others have powerful ceiling fans. Co-ordinated soft furnishings and wall lighting add a comfortable atmosphere to all rooms. The en suite rooms each have a walk in shower toilet and washbasin and have been tiled to a high standard.
The main bathroom has been exquisitely designed in contrasting shades of grey marble and white. It has a large bath with flexible shower above, also a separate walk in shower, toilet and wash basin.
The villa has gas central heating.
All bed linen and towels are provided and our property managers will be happy to provide a laundry service during your stay (paid locally).
A cot is available.
Hairdryer, iron and ironing board provided.

"We found the villa excellent. Fantastic pool and accommodation exceeded our expectations. We would definitely recommend it to friends. The location was perfect, quiet and cool in the evenings. Our only criticism, although trivial is that we felt such a luxurious property needed an adequate BBQ/area to match. Overall, however, we had a thoroughy enjoyable stay and would book again."

"The villa was fantastic we were all very pleased with how spacious and clean it was. This very much made our holiday enjoyable. The only one minor point was that there were six of us all of which were adults, but you only have four sunbeds. Dave and Theresa the property managers were very helpful and friendly and nothing was to much trouble for them. We would definitely come again many thanks the Simnett family."

"an excellent holiday was had at the villa - a few minor recommmendations would be bath mats in bathrooms, a few lightweight mats throughout would stop the echo, a full length mirror perhaps inside wardrobes door,bathrobe hooks, tea tray. these as stated are only minor problems we will certainly want to come back in the future Roger & Sandra Bird"
