The building was fully refurbished in 2009. The apartment is in the 3rd floor. It has been painted in September 2011 and all the furniture is brand new.
It has 2 rooms (queen bed and twins), a bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances: refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, washer, microwave, kettel, iron and hair-dryer. There is space to park the car inside the property.

Moraira is located between mountains and the sea: it makes a micro climate that guarantees a temperature around 18ºC all year round. Moraira grew around the fish port that is still working: you can buy fish just arrived from the sea from Tuesday to Sunday at La Lonja.
The beach in front of the apartment is called "El Portet". It shape is like a shell and water is warm and absolutely transparent.
The apartment is well located: in front of the sea, in a very quiet place and the town is just at 10 minutes walking with all kind of restaurants, bars, cafeterias, etc. Typical dishes of Moraira are: "arroz del señoret", arroz meloso de pulpo (sticky rice octopus), arroz al horno, arroz abanda (rice with different fish), etc. As Moraira is located between mountains and the sea there are typical dishes from both. Wine produced here is "Marina Alta" and you should taste it ...
The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region


Moraira is an unspoilt traditional fishing village located on the Costa Blanca that is only 1 hour drive from Alicante or Valencia airports. Moraira has been sympathetically developed, retaining all the old Spanish charm. It is known as the jewel of the Costa Blanca. Moraira is a very residential village on the Costa Blanca region of Spain, has one of the best climates in Europe, and is one of the nicest regions anywhere on the coast. Moraira has its own sandy beach with shallow waters, which was awarded the prestigious EEC Blue Flag for cleanliness, and is well-served by beach bars and restaurants.Moraira has several golf courses in easy reach and its own Go-cart circuit.
Moraira is located between mountains and the sea. It enjoys a typical subtropical Mediterranean climate, with cool sea breezes in summer and protection by surrounding mountains against the cold North winds in winter. This is the reason for its micro-climate that gives average temperature for the whole year around 18ºC.

Relax, sun, sea, good food in many restaurants are main activities in Moraira. Furthermore you will have:

- Benidorm is around a 30 minute drive away where you will find great activities for the children, including Aqualandia Water Park, Terramitica and Mundomar (sea world).

If you ever dreamed in having a rest in the Mediterranean coast, getting your breakfast with astonishig views and having all amenities in a 5 min walk distance you should try this property. The apartment is clean and with new forniture, two bedrooms and a bathroom enought for our family. During the day we walked to the nearest beach or did snorkel just in front of the apartment. At the evening we went to Moraira town center, with many amenities for our childs and lots of restaurants to choose for dinner, with international cuisine and fresh products from the local markets. |

Threre is an extra-charge for heating in winter of 25 euros per week.
Cancellation before 15 days before arrival will have refund of 50% of the amount already paid. Cancellation after 15 days before arrival will have no right.
