Appartement 4 pièces de 115 m² en rez-de-jardin d'une villa entouré d'oliviers, d'orangers, de citronniers, de mimosas situé à moins de 2 km des plages de la Côte d'Azur et du centre ville de Menton.

La campagne en ville ! Parking dans la propriété pour 2 ou 3 voitures. Terrasse avec table 8 pers., transats et barbecue exposé sud-ouest qui vous permettra de profiter du soleil toute l'année.

Climatisation installée dans les 3 chambres.

Tout confort, compris draps, serviettes, fer à repasser, sèche cheveux, wifi et ménage en fin de séjour.

Appartement non adapté aux soirées festives et animées.
