The luxuriously equipped 1st floor apartment is available all year round for both short & long term stays. The new kitchen contains all the neccessary essentials required including a Scholtes glass top ceramic hob & extractor, oven, microwave, marble worktop, washing machine, fridge freezer and dishwasher.
There are many extras including a Panasonic 32" TV with Cinema Surround Sound, CD/DVD player & Ipod docking station. Air Conditioning/heating units in each room. Mood lighting creates a luxurious feel to both lounge & kitchen area. The large private balcony area seats 4 at the table with 2 sun loungers (the balcony area has its own lighting).
Both the lounge and Master bedroom come with roller and vertical blinds with voiles for privacy. Both bedrooms come with ample hanging and storage space. Personal deposit box provided in the Apartment. Children are catered for with plastic cutlery, glasses, clothes hangers, plates and a booster seat. Socket protectors are throughout the apartment
Also on site are 3 swimming pools (including a paddling pool), Secure underground air conditioned parking space with private storage area. All extenal walkways and landings are lit. A shared games room is on site with WiFi consoles & new LCD TVs, large seating area with board games also provided.
Mazotos is located in the south Larnaca district between three major cities and within easy reach of the Nicosia to Limassol motorway. Nicosia is 50 miles away while Limassol is 34 miles from the resort. Larnaca with its wealth of shopping and culture as well as the international airport is only 20 minutes drive. Paphos is about 70 km away
The long sandy beaches are just a few minutes drive away. The Camel Park is 5 minutes away and ideal for family visits and also serves excellent food and can be recommended.

Air conditioning is standard in all rooms, the units also provide heat in winter and all have individual remote controls.
A selection of DVD/CDs, games, cards, books and maps are provided as well as a folder providing essential information about the apartment and facilities in the area. There is also a separate games room with WiFi, some board games and comfortable seating area.

A deposit of 20% is payable on confirmation of booking with the remainder due 6 weeks before arrival. Payment options include Credit/debit card, personal cheque, cash, PayPal, Telegrahic Transfer / BACS payment.
A refundable breakages/damages deposit of £150 is required with all bookings.
The Larnaca region
With amazing historical sites to visit, fantastic beaches and excellent shopping venues in Larnaca, this area is fast becoming the number one region for visitors in Cyprus.
A visit to Larnaca is a must as it is the oldest inhabited place in the island and is full of wonderful buildings and architecture. It is full of great shops including specialities of carpet, sheepskin rugs and brassworks.
The Salt Lake in winter fills with migrating birds including pink flamingos who are a spectacular sight. In summer the water evaporates leaving a crust of salt and grey dust.
There are several excellent museums including the "Pierides", "Pierides" and "District" museums. At the far eastern promenade is a Turkish fort dating back to 1625 and nearby the "Djami Kebir" mosque of the sixteenth century.
If you like boats there is a large Marina that you can stroll by that can accommodate several hundred berths. Just inland from the marina is a Tourist office where you can get free leaflets, maps and forthcoming event details.
Something different on a hot day is to drive up the Troodos mountains with spectacular views with lots of local shopping buying food & gifts. If you get a chance stop at one of the local village markets on your journey and you will find many fresh groceries and hand made goods and souvenirs. Visit Agros a remote village on the southern side of Troodos mountain range for a picturesque walk. In 2008 the village was declared one of the top 20 European Destinations of Excellence.
Apart from fabulous beaches, mountains and stunning scenery there are many areas that you can escape to finding peace and tranquility, especially in the Troodos mountains. The food, cuisine & local wines are all excellent - all fresh and local and not to be missed.
Mazotos is ideally located for residential, retirement and leisure purposes, being 4 minutes by car to the beach, and only 20 minutes from Larnaca. The Camel park is 5 minutes away and a great family visit, they also serve excellent food and are open all day. In the village there are a couple of local Tavernas which serve excellent food and a Pub.
Activities include golf, water sports, fishing, horse riding, golf (30 mins away), walking, cycling, archery (planned with new PGA golf course facilities) to name but a few. Cycles can be hired locally and delivered to the Resort and picked up in the Region. Prices from 5-9 Euros a day.
Cyprus has become ideal for golfers and indeed many sporting and outdoor activities - tennis, fishing & deep sea fishing, horse riding, snorkelling. Walking is becoming very popular especially in the Troodos mountains and valleys. Walking routes are mapped and signed. Indeed most outdoor pastimes are catered for in Cyprus. Cycling/driving is easy since many laws originate from the British and driving on the left hand side of the road with road signs in English & Cypriot/EU. Most of the locals are fluent English speakers so getting your questions answered is easy and they themselves are very hospitable as hosts.
The Grove Spa Resort sits on a crest of hill overlooking the village of Mazotos with fabulous mountain views over the olive grove and the wonderful sunsets. The island benefits from 340 dry days a year so you can expect many sunny days.
Cyprus has it all and you can choose to do as much or as little as you like, just relax, enjoy the sunshine and scenery and have a good break.

"Home away from home"
The apartment is very nice and fully equipped. Veranda was also nice and relaxing.
Pool was clean and with some sunbeds.
The wifi signal was not strong at the veranda and it was not possible to connect when I was in the house.
